In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
because i "RDM'ed" , it states in the rules you have to give them enough time to respond to count it as a clear initiation i gave him more then 6 seconds, I had waited 2 seconds then started to count down from 3 , i give him 5 seconds overall to get out, he was stalling , and he even states himself that he was going to rob us. We knew that because they were stalking us for a while. i Shot as he got out . This shouldn't count as RDM because it wasnt random, they were planning on robbing us and i shot him because he did get out with a weapon , my initial reaction was to shoot him, He was also stalling and i gave him more than enough time to react. And if u listen closely you can hear shots before i shoot, was because my friends told them to "leave the area" and they didn't and got there guns out, there was nothing radom about the engagement and wouldn't just shoot some one for no reason , I did verbally initiate , i did give him commands and i also tell him to get out without a weapon. ive been playing for a a few hours since i got unbanned and have been role playing as much as possible. Why should we unban you.
Because i didn't randomly shoot him , he was clearly stalling for his friends to shoot us , his friends had ignored our orders to leave and i shot him was he got out , He might of been in the way of a gun fight so i apologies for killing him when he got out. I can comp him but there was nothing random at all about this situation. I had given the guy more then enough time to respond. And i believe he had reported me because he is mad about loosing the engagement that he was expecting to go his way. Review the footage again please and see how much time exactly i gave the guy to get out, he knew but was waiting. Listen to the way he replied to me and tried to wait. "get out without a weapon" And in the split second he had his weapon out so it did give me a reason too kill him, he could have placed the weapon in the bag. So many things i did that was correct and so many things he could have done to prevent himself from being shot.
