In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I got banned for baiting, was not intentional from my side even though it looks like it, I did not intend to bait the police into a gunfight. The situation quickly got out of hand and it ended up with myself and my gang mates being reported.  I now look back and see how I approached this situation was not the best way and is not normally how I would go about things. Normally my RP is of a high standard and I always look for a good time.
I do not go out of my way to break rules never have done and never will again. I am normally known in the server for my roleplay, not for my nice PVP skills.
I even say to people that want to get into a gunfight, that if that is the case to find a king of the hill server or something similar to that.
Roleplay is roleplay and I just enjoy it to the fullest.
I will talk about the situation how I see it now looking back.
I now realize that the RP I offered was below par, I should have come up with a better situation to RP with the police.  I should have let the Police finish what they were doing and then started with what I want. I wanted some hostile RP with the Police, I wanted to continue the way my gang and I had been going the last few days. However, i messed up and did everything to fast and let my normally high standards slip.
I will not be letting this happen again, the time I have spent away has allowed me to cool down and come back to the server with a fresh mind ready to RP at my very best again.
The Rule is broke was,

How I see this is that if you rush a situation so that you and your friends who are set up ready. Get the Police or other rebels to get into a gunfight with you, for the sole reason of just killing people.
I have taken this time away to also read the rules. So that if I come back I am refreshed in the rules.

Why should we unban you ?

I believe I should get unbanned because I like to think myself as a fun and outgoing roleplayer. Which brings joy to people around the server for the roleplay that I do and enjoy doing a lot.

I have been around the servers for quite a while now and it's my favorite place to roleplay by a long way. I like to think of myself as someone who does not go out of there way to break rules. I don't ever do things that are risky.

I will look forward to coming back to the server so that I can continue to roleplay with the people that I have known for a long time and have spent a lot of time with.  Like I said it was not intentional what I did and I apologize for it had no clue that could be considered baiting as well. I have now learned from my mistake and I don't plan on making it again.

I would just like to apologize to everyone that was involved for the poor RP that was shown during this situation.

What does roleplay mean to you? As you've stated you normally roleplay to a high standard and you have a clean sheet here from what I can see,  was it the pressure from the gang to get things into gear? How can we trust that you won't allow the peer pressure of less-roleplay orientated gang mates to get the better of you and wind up in this sort of situation again?

Roleplay is something that since around my 12 years old of age I would play, I did it in many different games and I believe that it’s possible to roleplay of anything that you wish, just need to have some imagination. Roleplay is just that type of game that allows you to choose a personality and you can play with it (hero, vilan, relaxed, agressive, etc). I just enjoy it to the max, I like creating my own characters and play around with them, most of the times are just funny ones. To be honest that situation was just a mix of things, we were kinda tired of the police just shutting our roleplay situations down and being aggressive to us, that situation started very aggressively also because of all that, there was no real pressure to retrieve the item that we lost, instead was just a feeling of that’s it, let’s go there and just retrieve it. I should’ve went there a bit more relaxed, I know the limit that i can go regarding aggressive roleplay now, in the end of the day I did a mistake, my intentions were not to go there and just get into a gunfight but I did want to show aggressiveness. I’ve been in the server for quite a while, never had big problems like this before and most likely won’t have them again, was just a situation that got a bit out of hand and I learned from it.
