In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because our gang base was being robbed by the police so Me and the SOS people at the time decide to do AR weapons cache and i went to buy bolt cutters and initially i wasn't meant to be the initiator but the COMS were going mad, so i said i'm not the initiator but nobody heard me, so i said i'm going to start they say Ok and then when the police roll up i run up the balcony and POORLY Initiate and start a gunfight involving SOS and the cops when not initiating on friends to shoot. I was also banned for aviation Laws

Why should we unban you ?
I believe that i should be un banned because seeing as i just get un banned and was playing on the poorer side RP,  servers  the role-play there is dreadful and i had adapted to it and this was also my first initiation since i got un banned i was really sloppy in my RP and i believe i can do much better, also during the time of gun fight it was 10-11 at night i had school that day and i was really tired. Personally im actually a very good at RP and i should not play any games that require concentration and focus, Aviation i had no rules in **STAFF REDACTED** and cops didn't care so i kinda adapted to the rules there, i know i had made an urban appeal a week before that and then got banned and am terribly sorry and promise next time to not play when tired and practice getting my role play up to date with the standard's on your server

What do you mean you were banned for an aviation law? Can ou please be a bit more specific because aside from the rule regarding flying above greenzones, there isn't any other "aviation" rules per se.

Also, please refrain from name-dropping other communities, it wasn't necessary.

Sorry for naming other communities, and what i should have said instead of aviation law is 

(2.13) Please keep all aviation 300m above any greenzone excluding the airport (This is to make sure any roleplay is not disturbed).

You can trust that i will provide good quality RP because i as at school and had 3 tests and was really tired and worn out, and i was sloppy in RP

i will be more aware of what time im on and my RP therefore not be on after school

the reason you have this rule in place is because if this was not in place the game and RP would be very poor and end up like a wasteland server shot to kill

how can we be sure that if you are unbanned that you wont break another rule?

I suggest that if you are unbanned, then break another rule within the following 6 months, you will be given a perm ban (for 6 months, then you may appeal it in the perm section). This means any minor rule infraction that someone else may be told off for, or banned normally, you will be perm banned.

Would you be happy to accept this clause for your unban? knowing that any rule break will see you banned from the server for at least 6 months? or do you feel this is unfair?

No i don't feel as if this is unfair because i feel like i'm just wasting your time with my stupid actions leading me to be banned, and another reason is because i feel like i should have had the 6 months perm ban but you were very generous and gave me two weeks to wake up and get things together

But I will be writing the clause we have agreed (any more rule breaks and perm ban*) to your player notes; you better have a very strong understanding of our rules now. Any rules you do not understand, then you will have to ask staff in TS or discord for clarification, but this burden will be on you to learn. You better prove to us that you are not just telling us what you think we want to hear.
