In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for using a racial slur. I didn't read the rules because I thought I knew them due to playing in other roleplaying servers and watching streams. The rule I broke is (1.2) Discrimination of any kind is punished by a permanent ban without appeal. I know this is usually a permanent ban without appeal but I didn't realise saying the "N" word in roleplay isn't allowed as sometimes roleplay can go in that direction and I would like to apologise. I didn't mean to be racist and I certainly didn't want to offend anyone.

Why should we unban you ?
You should unban me because I didn't mean to be racist and won't use any offensive words again. I really enjoy this server due to its serious roleplaying and the people playing in this server are creating an enjoyable roleplay experience for everyone.

This is going to be a interesting one. I'll give you benefit of the doubt on what seems like RDM based on the large server lag shown at the time.

I wonder if you fancy telling me who it is posting abuse on the video you were reported with? If you get banned for use of a racist slur and then orchestrate attacks on our members outside of this community, I don't see why we would want you here. While I don't intend on taking action based on what takes place outside of the community (not really my territory), it would be a start as to showing you are serious about our rules.

Anything to add?

Hello and thanks for the quick reply, the server had huge lag issues as you said and what may seem like RDM was not because I told the guy to not move and put his hands up while we rob his vehicle but I saw him enter the car trying to get away so I shot him. The guy posting the abuse was Babish Orphanos he got mad he got banned and said some really inappropriate stuff. You see he got banned with me and told me its stupid to be banned for saying the "N" word so he went to the youtube video to rant.

 
We specifically take issue with people using racial slurs as (since as this is the internet), there is no context of race behind what you say and regardless of heritage or background we don't want people to have to be within an environment where they may receive racial abuse. I can understand if it was done within RP but as the rule says, we take a hard line against it whether it's in or out of RP.

I can appreciate your honesty in regards to you "friend" so I'm willing to give you a shot to be unbanned but your friend might not be so fortunate. If you are banned again within 3 months (and it isn't found to be a mistake) you would be handed a permanent ban no questions asked. Do you agree to this?
