In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I met two hobos that seemed cool enough, invited them to my gang, gave them some money for guns, and we went on to rob a gas station.
We had to wait near Kavala fuel for some time, as it was on high security since someone else robbed it.

Cops noticed us running around with guns there (we weren't really hiding much though), and so me and one of the hobos hid in the building near Kavala fuel, and the other went somewhere close by (not sure where, wasn't in the building) and then we heard shots, meaning probably that hobo that wasn't with us started shooting.

After a little shootout (I killed one cop there too - but kept screaming "don't come up the stairs or you will be shot at"), hobos got killed, and I was stunned and arrested.
I kept telling the guys to initiate RP always, and never shoot on sight or anything like that, but as soon as I was transported to cop HQ, one of the officers OOC'd me telling something like "// that first shot was RDM in the first place", and instantly Vladic Ka's chat appeared, and he said he banned those guys, and then me as well.

Why should we unban you ?
Let's be clear on one thing - I admit it was poor RP from my side too, I shouldn't have played with some newcomers-hobos and count on them to obey the rules,
as well as wait for cops to arrive just to RP with them.

Main reason for ban here is probably that one of these guys I met did not actually obey the rules at all, even though I kept telling him on radio a hundred times "Please remember to RP, initiate".
When all the cops came, I couldn't see what the guys were doing or where they were.

Their fault mostly from my point of view, but I see that as my fault too as stated before.
I admit to Poor RP, but I didn't RDM anybody and I'm pretty sure of it.

I've been a PC and FA on the server before, I play here for more than two years, and I surely know how to RP well, and I think a lot of people would be able to agree with that.
I agree I'm not without fault here, but didn't RDM. Aaand that's my first time doing "Poor RP", sorry for that.

Player was popping smoke from the beginning baiting the police to come up the stairs for the guys he has just armed to kill them. He is fully aware of how it went down. I suggest not unbanning him until he admits this.

I was popping smoke all the time, yes!
I wanted the cops to come to the area to have a nice RP there (I did this before, ended up in me giving up as one of the SPC's was roleplaying so nicely).

But no, seriously... It may have looked like that Vladic, I understand, but I would never bait them to come up just so these guys could shoot em. That was not my plan, besides I'm on the server for long enough to know that would end in a ban. The smoke was so they can't see me upstairs, as I got knocked out like that before, some of the cops are aiming really quick.

I'm always playing alone, wanted to do that with somebody else, and.. well, that's how it ends :/

So I will not admit the smoke was for that, I wouldn't ever do it like that. No proof though.
