(Before we I start on my last ban appeal I was told I was ban evading by samatlewis and it has all been sorted @The Real Proctor discussed it with me and came to the conclusion that I haven’t been ban evading  I have a cousin who plays on the server and a brother I have also copied and pasted my last appeal please do tell me if you want me to edit it Thank you for reading) i was banned on a forums report for poor iniation my iniation was bad when it was very poor iniation for 10m away is poor and probably couldn’t be heard. Ok there was around 7-8 trucks at the uranium buyer and I was the one to go and initiate on the trucks as I pull up in my sport 4-5 trucks started to drive and there was still 2 trucks in the compound I said along the lines of “hello boys I would like everyone to place there hands on there heads I’ve got friends in the area and if you fail to comply leather force will be used” you can only hear the start of this in the video I was talking to the other trucks about 30 seconds later you hear in the video I then said behind the trucks “if you don’t step out of the trucks you will be shot out” this is the poor iniation that was made This is what happened then I started shooting which is very poor I understand what I done wrong and I understand the consequences that have happened. The rules I have broken are (7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high quality roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together.  From my view I would say it means when you iniate you iniaiton must be clear and you must do it with high quality roleplay and make sure you fill that there 100% heard you and it’s good roleplay before shooting 

Why should we unban you ?
I believe you should unban me because I’ve been part of the community for 6-7 months and I’ve only at one other situation where I beilve jefke talked to me and I understood if I’m correct I beilve that was 1-2 months ago about hobo iniation. I am very sorry and understand what I done wrong and I fill like it I get unbanned I will think about my iniation and if it’s good quality before shooting. I was having a good time on server before I was banned , joining a new gang also meeting new people and all around having fun on the server. If I was not to get unbanned I would be very upset I hope that you can forgive me and trust me that this will not happen again and it’s not tolerated here on rpuk

This isn't the first time you've been in front of the staff team about the state of your 'initiations' you were called up before for initiating without a weapon, you'd have thought after the staff member having spoken to you the first time that this wouldn't be an issue going forward. So how is it this became an issue a second time?

Could you also outline for me what you understand the term 'initiation' to mean, as you use the word a lot in your appeal.

The situation with the no gun that was about 2/3 months ago and I realised that I couldn’t do that and realised that I always had to have a gun and have high quality roleplay. I agree my iniation was poor but then within the 2/3 months it’s been alright and having no problems with until then I’m sorry about that it won’t happen again if I was to get unbanned my rp would stay to a good level at all times 

From what I mean by iniaition is that when you go up to a player to go rob them you have to tell them to put there hands or something along the lines of hello sir do you mind popping you hands on your head for me sir this is a robbery give them a chance if not say please place you hands on your head I’ve got friends in the area I’m afraid if you don’t some sort of lethal force will be used upon you 

make sure that is is clear in high quality rp 

I think iniation is when you engage on a player with some sort of robbery i regonise this. I can see what ive done wrong and it wont happen again as it ruins the game for everyone

This was not the first report that was filled against you for low rp. 
on 21 july i warned you myself for initiation without a gun. 
then on 6 october you got reported for low rp.  
And 6 december you got banned for low rp. so far only what we heard from you is low quality rp. 

then i think by myself this player is not learning. 
So tell us how can we trust you, that this time you have learned? 
how will you try to give from now on high quality roleplay?

i promise to you that i learned from my mistake taking two weeks from off the server shows how much i miss it i will roleplay everything from now on 

i will give all my rp that i have into the server and rp more and less gunfights i really hope you can trust me i will try to aviod gun fights the most i can however they still occur in some situations. 

ive 100% learnt that i what i didnt was wrong and is not acceptable from now on when i do i will engage with  high quality rp instead of "Out the truck our your be shot"

i have fully re read the rules and understood them

What I can bring to the server from now on I will bring good high quality roleplay in everything i do I hope you can trust me and show you that I won’t do what I did again

if I was allowed to return to server I would start to play again as a medic and try harder to make my role playing experience even better
