In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
Well i think the admin didnt care about my part of story and just interrupted RP to say he seen several multiple violations and leaved giving me bann.
First of all i didnt VDM, there was a sport carr that rammed me several times making me flip, when he got in front of me and gived me space to turn i would go offroad but sometimes he simply gonne against me and it was im doing VDM to me, not me to im! Then the admin said i done faill RP? when police imobilized my truck i could had gonne out of the vehicle shooting the police with my friend but i leaved with no guns and tryed to solve everything speaking but for the admin i guess its fail RP, its better just go out guns blazing. Its realy sad to see the admin just break the RP to say i breaked several violations and then leave( basicaly he gonne there to say i was banned) and didnt even ask me to come ts to speak with im. In the end i dont know were i fail RP and the VDM it was the others doing it to me, not me.

I had complaints of a gang of Portuguese players going around VDMing people with an Orca, RDMing, and failing to RP. Causing me to start spectating. I saw the cops go after a HEMMIT with the above listed player. After a chase, the player was roleplaying with the cops, however they had been restrained. However I noticed another member of the gang (Who I banned for passing out another teamspeak link in side chat earlier but could not kick due to the BEC removal) start to go torwards the area. I know they were using another teamspeak and I believed he was communicating with him while restrained. The player was roleplaying up until the point when the gang member was suddenly in a perfect posistion with his weapon rested.

Suddenly it became the "HANDS UP OFFICERS OR ELSE!" when the Officers looked confused they said "Excuse me, what do you mean?" and again it was "HANDS UP OR ELSE." when they were suddenly fired upon. No threats that they had a sniper looking at them, or any chance of taking police hostage to continue roleplay.

I then teleported after both cops ran away, made a comment in direct chat about his gang breaking multiple rules tonight (Another player banned for fail RP, advertising, etc...) and teleported out.

Well and i say its a lie about the VDM, our Orca never tryed to VDM the enemy hemmets(give me a video about that please, they lost the hemmets cuz they leaved them to shoot us and they were whaiting for us in chopshop in the end after dying, rulebreaking no?), we simply stoped several times near them to shoot them, no VDM there but when there was a sport carr VDM the hemmet i was using you done NOTHING. And you bann me because "maby" i was using other ts to comunicate with people when i was restrained? they had been all time near me to help me in case the cops get me(i tred to solve everything peacefully but they just wanted to arrest me then i told them to hand up or get shot). For me your bann was completely injust.

And you speak about VDM, RDM...i would like a proof about that because its simply lies, I was the victim of VDM by sport carr but i guess you were only interested in one part of the story and were did i done RDM? We started shooting the tires of enemy Hemmet after telling them 5 times to stop and we killed them in the end because they leaved the hemmets and killed one of our guys.

Again I start watching after getting complaints of the VDM. You were banned for a fail RP and suspicion of talking to another gang member on teamspeak while restrained. Technically the guy who sniped you would have been banned 30 minutes prior to this incident when he posted a teamspeak link on sidechat had I the ability to kick him.

You say   fail RP but i dont see were i fail in the ROLLPLAY, i aint gilty the guy that sniped should had been banned 30minuts ago and the complains of VDM are empty and wasnt even me driving the orca. You didnt even care to try to speak in TS(shouldent the players try to fix problems in ts before doing reports and i already forgived several rulebreakers including police people with a nice chat in ts), the next day i msg in ts and basicaly you ignored me, litle more simpathy would be nice.

We are not available on teamspeak to discuss bans, just to get that across...

Now instead of arguing here with the banning admin I suggest you start appealing the ban. Yes you believe you were wrongly banned however thesoldier seen something which lead to the banning. 

Right, how did you know you had friends in the area when you had to communications without speaking on TS? How would they know when to shoot without YOU telling them to do so.

Because when i got my truck spiked i stayed inside truck for more then 30sec and we agree that if they didnt relase me after 5min they could shoot then i would start giving them warning after 4min, thats why after i told hand up or we shoot it taked more then 30sec to start the shooting(during 4 minuts i was simply giving excuses and try to get free but we know how this would go with me having a gun). My friends were always near me, 2 with heli that manage to crash out of fuel LEL and other with hemmet next to me that leaved.

The thing about TS is I gonne there to know were did i fail the RP and the VDM and he simply closed chat, he could had very well told were i donne that supose VDM  and fail RP. Banns are serious stuff and shouldent be done just because the admin "belived", there should be concrete proof right? The admins should see the players side too and see this is very frustating, if i donne a clear RP fail or RDM sure but cmon...bann because of this? And i am sorry for arguing with the admin but i simply cant see were is the multiple violations he told to be so mad and just go bann.
