For a robbery, which the victim was killed for not following instructions which were by the rulebook.
Why should we unban you ?
By the laws of Roleplay Uk:
[SIZE=medium](7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high quality roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together. [/SIZE]
A warning was carried out in direct communication to a truck which were within their convoy/group, following words were stated by me " THIS IS A ROBBERY, STOP THE VEHICLE STAND STILL OR YOU WILL GET SHOT", which the victim saw and reacted to by pulling over, however they did not stop and proceeded to arm themselves with weapons of high caliber, TicTak (the victim) then proceeded to search for cover (whilst armed) he turned a corner aiming his weapon in our (group) direction and therefore threatening us , i proceeded and took the shot which the warning said previously stated I would. In my opinion this was Rp of a acceptable quality, however I do see why the ban was issued based on the evidence provided by TicTak. I did not and could not know that TicTak was not present in the vehicle whilst the warning was issued and therefore this was breaking of rp (in that regard), I extend an apology for the inconviniece to TicTak.
