In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
Beeing in the wrong place at the wrong time, kept having contact with community banned members. When all the things happened I wasn't even aware of it because I was on the German highway driving towards Belgium.

Why should we unban you.
I have been playing here for a very long time and always followed the server rules. I was never here to cause trouble which is why I have such a clean record apart from this situation where I was in the wrong place at the wrong time when things went bad and always solved issues in an adult manner. I was also a mentor at the time and believed to be a valuable member of the community as I used my experience to help other people which I enjoyed doing.

Please confirm this unban request is for you.

@POLSKI BELG

You was not to be included in the blanket ban but if you recall at the time I advised why people were being banned and how we needed to cut ties this end and anyone still in contact with those people so our community could move forward.

You decided you would rather hang out with those people than stay here (shows how much this community and the people in it meant to you), Seeing these people in them self were considered very toxic even when on this community (not the type of people you would associate yourself with) as a member you did and never once reported any of them.

After they were banned they shown there true colours and people felt free to report some of the things they used to say, discuss and do while in the community.

I would like you to explain the change of heart and why as a mentor you decided to turn a blind eye.

Hello Wilco,

thank you for dealing with this personally, it is much appreciated and gives me the opportunity to fully explain.
I am aware I was not originally involved in the initial blanket ban, but I was caught up in the situation because I was unable to make a decision, that decision beeing to completely remove those people from my life.

I feel it's important you understand my pov, these people were close freinds of me, I've played most of my free time with and around them playing games, relaxing and having a laugh.I wasn't aware of their actions towards this Community, and I wouldn't have tolerated it if I had been. I'm aware they were troublemakers, but only to a minor degree, such as their forum behaviour.
The whole situation happened very quick when I was at work. So I got home to find this big mess that then required me to make a pretty major decision and it was something I couldn't.

Since my ban, I've had time to think about it all and I've now been able to cut them out, but it wasn't easy, even knowing what they had done they were still good friends to me personally.The Community means a lot to me, it does and I feel my time and effort here to make it a better place through positions such as Mentor showed that.Again, these were good friends of me on a personal level, if I knew of major issues against them, I would have reported them, but I feel it harsh from you to say that me not reporting them is in some way condoning what they did. I wouldn't call it a change of heart, I'd simply say that I've had the time to look through it all, see what they did, and how they acted.

With this Community being the main place for us to all come together, being banned from it did indeed create a lot of distance, and made it easier for me to move on from them. Now that I have done that, I would like to return to this Community.

@POLSKI BELGthanks for the response.

I guess me and you have different standard of quality's of who to associate with and even call friends, Now I do believe you turned a blind eye here... saying only forum behaviour when I have been told some of the chats in teamspeak was highly Toxic is very interesting.

Now it could be that you find people calling people Austic or being racist and borderline bullying acceptable but our community doesn't

The terms of an unban is completely cut ties within this community, within other communitys/teamspeaks and on steam, we do not want anyone here who has association of these people.

This is a very serious issue and we will treat is as such as we have moved forward.

@Wilco  I only ever thought the toxicity was an internal issue and I wasn't fully aware that they treated people like that outside the group. I personally do not find autism, racism or bullying funny at all as it is just not acceptable. I understand this is a very serious issue and I agree to fully cut ties with these people which I did just before I wroted my unban appeal that were listed and I will not be associating myself with them again.
