In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I was banned for killing a person while apparently not in RP with him, I shouted "stop or I will shoot" and he did not stop, I shot one of his tires, and he carried on driving, so I did shoot to kill, he then accused me of RDM and I was promptly banned.

Why should we unban you.
A simple misunderstanding, in my eyes, as I did initiate, however, he may not of heard me, if so, is that my fault?

There were a lot of noisy people around you at the time. However I still heard the officer that was trying to stop the car should "Get out of the vehicle". Never heard anyone else. Im not saying you didnt try to say something but if you did it was impossible for me to hear it and im sure the driver couldnt hear anything as he was inside a vehicle.

Well, I could improve by either shouting louder, or, if they are in a vehicle, just letting them drive off, just in case they didn't hear me, just to be on the safe side, or just not getting involved when so many other people are involved!
