In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I called someone a faggot. Reasoning : I was in a helicopter which i had landed behind the clothing store at kavala ( not in the greenzone ) a guy from Regicide initiated on me, i flew off but after that he went into a greenzone and talked to people. He then sees me landing my heli next to garage ( on the non greenzone building ) he then goes over to the bridge and starts shooting at me.
In sidechat after that i then say something about the lines of " Guy in green you cant go inside a fucking greenzone after initiating on people faggot " idk why he got mad at me for that ( he was just witchhunting me )

Why should we unban you ?

(1.3) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay with malicious intent, will not be tolerated and will be punished by a ban.

I did not mean it in a malicious way and i apologize for what i said, i did not want it to get out of hand this way and i hope that the guy will see it in him to forgive me for my foolish behaviour towards him.

Now a lot of your appeal seems to focus on the fact that the person you insulted broke rules. Now that won't matter this is your appeal not a player report. Now You state that you didn't mean it in a malicious way so please enlighten me. Why would you call somebody a "faggot" if you don't mean it in a malicious way.

Now why should we unban you after you've had several warning beforehand. This isn't the first time you've broken a rule because you think somebody else has as well .

Well, in my eyes when the incident had happened i didnt really think " faggot " and i still dont think it is such a bad thing to say, the guy clearly didnt take offence by it and just disliked me ( idk if he had reported me or if jefke checked logs for some reason ).

Although i know saying faggot is not acceptable now i was just in the moment and was having a bad day, and i just needed to lash out on somebody since another person on the server had been pissing me off and my bank account got hacked.

I appologize for what i said and im sure there is a better solution then a ban for this case, me giving the guy a sincere appology.

You seem to have a large habit of breaking rules. With having 5 warnings and on top of that now one ban. Why would we consider unbanning you?

In my message it makes it seem like i lash out on somebody everytime im annoyed but no, it was a once in a decade thing i was just in a really bad mood and i thought playing with my friends would cheer me up, though i didnt as i said in my message my IRL bank account got hacked and with that i was just in a bad mood.

Combined with a guy messaging me that i was an idiot, dumb, brainless and unhelpful just made it worse and then added on with a guy breaking a rule just got me over the edge and my anger spilt.

( it should only be 4 warns as 1 of them was from boxing a vdm'er in. ) 

I think i should be unbanned as i will not use words such as " faggot " ever again, it was a word which just came out on accident and i dont know why i had to include it at the end of my sentence, i have learnt my lesson and i am willing to do alot of things to get unbanned as i have been waiting to get my cast off my arm ( i broke my : pinky, wrist, pinky knuckle and wrist joint ) after 3 weeks i would be back to a happier mindset as i would be able to play at full strenght ( now as it is healed on monday and i get my cast off ) and secure you that i will never say such words such as the word i used. 

BTW at the moment i used it im pretty sure i didnt know what it actually really ment as i thought it was just a normal insult but after my ban i did some research on it and i found it is unacceptable, im willing to take the guy into a private ( or public call with the admins ) to say sorry for such words.

Now 1.3 states that any insulting / swearing outside of roleplay is punishable by a ban. Normally discrimination would be handled as a permanent ban under a 1.2. Your ban was based off swearing at someone outside of roleplay not because the word you used..

Now if you were to be unbanned I would have some terms for you. 

1. Any abuse at someone outside of roleplay will lead to a permanent ban.
2. Any rulebreaks within 3 months will lead to a ban.
