In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: As the ban message says, restrain glitch, the thing is I honestly didn´t do anything to glitch free from the restrain, my screen went dizzy then all of a sudden my character was laying on the ground holding a gun.
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: I cant really find a rule for my case, i clearly understand that its not allowed but cant find a rule for it. Maybe rule 2
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: Because i have spent many hours on this server and would not do such a thing. I dont know what happened but i got free and it was not my fault. Thats why I think that you should give me a final chance.

you were taken down, then restrained, and was being escorted.. there was even a ziptie sound... even a notification in the chat at the bottom left saying you were restrained... and as the weapon went back to your hands, you attempted to kill your captor.

 
I was beside Piotr when this happend. He said "I just got free I dont know how".

I know that he shouldnt open fire but I think that this was a huge misstake. He died. Lost his gear. I hope that he get freed from this since we are a group of players who plays togheter on your fine server. And this is his and ours first offence (and last)

This isn't my place to poke my nose in. But Neo doesn't abuse his power or what ever you are trying to get at. He is a admin for a reason, he deals with these kinda things day in day out. they can't take your word for it. They need evidence. Back up your words.

I am not saying that Neo is wrong. I am just trying to say that it was a misstake. Sure you can see all the signs and so on but when entering a "fight" or soon to be in a fight you get kind of pumped. 

All I am saying is: Give the kid a chance. If he screws up - ban us all.

 
It'll be upto another admin to unban as I'm the one that initiated this ban.

I'm not corrupt, infact I'm very impartial, however in this instance i really think we need more display on showing you are restrained.
