In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: we were doing weed run and we got ambushed in kavala. Riku was last one of us and they got him. Riku told us that he was being held up by the police near the bridge what was the location. So after that I stopped my truck and i was running back to the bridge to see what is going on. I see that rikus truck and everything is taking away from him so in my point of view it was best choice to do to save riku from jail sentence.

So what happened, me, maik and pigletti were doing a weed run. There was police waiting for us in kavala. I had little lag and i didnt get away. Police did shoot my tires out so i was out of the game and I told my teammates that I'm out and the position i were.

I told to the police multiple threats that my teammates know that you are helding me up and there is threat to your lives. I told them that you can take my truck but let me go and i can inform my teammates that they do not need to use any lethals to the police or anyway harm them.

When my truck got scrapped and weapons taken away. And i was actually surprised how the police did scrap my trucks with not even saying anything that they was about to do that, but lets get back to the case. So when my truck was scrapped and my gun was taken away soldiers was telling me a deal that he will let me go etc, but at the sametime he did take zipties off, pigletti shot him in hope of me getting away from it. Like I was trying to explain to soldier that he didnt know that you were offering me a deal and I could not inform it in any way.

Just want to say it again that I told the police multiple threats but they mostly ignored it and it didnt seem to affect on them in any way and you can still here me saying once more threat to the officer before he gets killed. There was soo much time you to maybe give my communications back or taking the zipties of for a while so I can inform my teammates that they dont need to to any actions. 

Pigletti is good member of this community and it'd be shame if you are just going to send him off here. 

edit; I had my teamspeak muted all the time, but you are maybe wondering why you can hear me on piglettis video, it is because we are brothers and we live in the same room so its pretty much hard to do anything that he cannot hear me. I didnt tell my teammates/pigletti anything about what was going on there.

It was fail RP from my point of view.

Riku told me he was a member of a notorious gang and they were coming for me so I was role playing with him. At one point I told Riku OOC I had a phone call but in the end I decided to value my life and take his truck and weapon and let him go. As soon as I let him go I was shot in the head, after I complied with him.

Fact is its a roleplay server instantly executing me in the head when you could have taken me hostage or at least continued the roleplay by telling me to let him go. Riku was restrained so obviously he couldn't communicate with you but I did say "ok I'm taking your gun and letting you go" I would have valued my life as I was alone if you had said something. You chose instead to just pull a trigger even when I complied with his request.

I would have issued a ban for this regardless if it happened to me or someone else. Other admins have issued bans for the exact same circumstances.

From my point of view it did not look like you you were letting him go. I turned around the corner and see Riku still restrained. I took the shot to save him from a jail sentence. It was done in a hurry, because I wasn't sure how many cops were involved in this whole operation, and I did not want to risk both our lives. 

You were given loads of threats and it looked like you did not comply, sorry if you think it is wrong, but I thought RP was allready iniated at this time.

This is a serious RP server, therefore there needs to be interaction from you before taking the shot...
