In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I got banned for saying that someone had cancer in the OCC Channel.

Why should we unban you ?
I was talking to a friend of mine in the Group Channel and by mistake I switched channel and it went on the OCC. I wrote it because it is a private joke (which can be explained if needed) between the two of us and it wasn't supposed to mean any harm to anyone. I know the rules of the server and I know that is not correct to say this kind of things but it was nothing but a joke (not a funny one, I know) and I wasn't trying to be offend anyone and if I did, I'm sorry.
The previous attempt I made timed out because I wasn't home yesterday due to a familiar issue and I didn't manage to get to forum and answer for that. I'm not going anywhere today so I will be able to answer any questions you have for me.

So even between friends you find it okay to joke about Cancer?

 
No, it is not okay to joke about cancer due to its fatality rate. In this case, the private joke refers to a topic on reddit (which was deleted soon after being posted because the roasts got out of control and the girl who posted got upset and deleted it) where a girl who happened to have cancer asked for roasts. Someone roasted her and she said that she didn't understand what it meant and then the the one who firstly roasted her said "U have cancer then". My friend and I were talking and he wasn't understanding something I told him that's why I said it. I only said it because of the reference it has for the two of us, nothing more. I repeat I did NOT said it to offend any member of the community and if I did, I want to apologize for that.

Lesson learnt, never mention that EVER again. 

 
I did read the rules but I didn't do it as carefully as I should. Now that I have read them again I realised that I missed a couple of them. 

 
Well, even a person that did not read the rules should have atleast the common sense, that you can offend someone by joking with cancer.
so why did you thought i appropriate to joke with it ?  

 
Honestly I never thought deeply about it, it was a private "joke" that we had. But now that it caused all this I truly understand that it is NOT okay to mess with it.

As I said earlier, it was NOT my intention to harm or offend any member of the community, I switched channels by mistake and it went on the OCC. The person who the text was for was NOT offended by it.

And, again, if anyone got offended by that I am deeply sorry, I did NOT want to cause all this trouble for you, Staff Members (who could spend the time that have already spent here doing other things in order to improve the server quality or anything else that you would enjoy more than reading all of these long texts about a silly mistake).

 
I really didn't want to keep repeating myself but it is the only thing that I have to say. It was only a joke and it was not meant to harm or offend anyone and the trouble that this mistake caused taught me never to joke about this subject again.

About the last question you asked me, there's isn't much I can say that counts as a reason for you to trust me apart from me giving you my word. I can also say that I really liked the server and the way the community behaves in RP. I may not have hundreds of hours played in it but the 20 or 30 I do have I really enjoyed it and I would love to be able join back in the server and make it up for lost time with my group. All I'm saying is that I learnt my lesson and I regret the fact that I said what I said and the reason I've been waiting (for over a week now) and  constantly checking if there was any update in this topic is because (as I said) I really liked the server not only because of the game itself but also because the way Staff Members run, I can't complain one bit of any issue related to the way it is ruled. In fact all I can do is congratulate you guys for your work and time spent there.

I would like to ask you guys to go easy on me and close this topic as TIMED OUT because I will be spending this weekend away from home and I've been having some problems to sign in the forum on my smartphone. I should be back on Sunday evening, around 21:30 (GMT). Previously thankful for your comprehension.
