In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for braking rule 2.2-RDM and 3.5-Metagaming. When i initiated on the player you could hear my mates in the background of me talking and saying things that we should do to the player.
And then when he went to the ATM to get the money out i told him to put his hands up and asked him 3 time so fast that he didn't have time to react, when then shot him.

Why should we unban you ?
I was banned earlier today for RDM (rule 2.2) and Metagaming (rule 3.5) and i am making this appeal as i believe i understand the server rules a lot more than i did a few days ago as i have spent most of my free time playing on this particular server, when engaging in RP situations i think back to the rules before taking any action to make sure no more rules are broken as i understand this ruins the experience for not only me but all other players taking part in the situation, I've read through the rules many times and memorised most of them. When i told the other player to put his hands up i gave him no time to respond and didn't really RP at all, i should of given time for the situation to develop so more RP could of taken place. The second thing i did was hot-mic, i should of said everything to the person i was working with in-game so the target could overhear as this would promote further RP, i wasn't aware of this rule at the time but i completely understand it now. I know what i did was wrong and it will not happen again, i have read through the rules thoroughly and the ones i couldn't get the grasp of i asked some more experienced players to explain them to me. I would really appreciate it if i could get another chance to prove i can be a good member to this great community that i want to be apart of. Thankyou.

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

2.2 = Random Deathmatch No matter what you do you need to give people time in a situation. If i want them to hurry up don't give them a count down, tell them if you don't hurry or put your hands up you will be beat to the floor, and then continue role playing the situation. No matter what you need to engage in a situation, this could be a friend that does this by saying, I have friends in the area and they have gun with them and they like to use them and then roleplay the rest as long as you give them time to get there share of roleplay and when engaging use a high form of roleplay.

(3.5) You must hot-mic all communications that have been made over teamspeak when they are relevant to influencing the course of roleplay. This means that if you are communicating to fellow team members via Teamspeak and you are in audio proximity range of another player (they can hear you), you must hot mic any commands given so the rival player can overhear. This rule does not apply if both sides are engaged in a gunfight together.

3.5 Metagaming When you engaged on a situation no matter what you do you have to talk within direct communication because the person you have engaged on need to hear what is going on, so this gives them an opportunity to react accordingly.

2.2 Random Deathmatch this rule is in the game to stop this from becoming a team deathmatch give people a good chance to role play without getting gunned down for no reason.

3.5 Metagaming this rule is put in place to make the player feel like this is a real life scenario so they can hear everything they are saying and what they will do next, make it feel like real life, Good roleplay.

The NLR Rule this mean New-life rule. This mean your character has lost all previous memories, you will still be the same character you play, still be in all the same groups and will know all your friends. 

The rule starts when you have been within a accident 

Your character was been killed by the police 

You character has died in a RP situation  

And When you respawn your character has to stay 1000m way from your death location 

The NLR rule is in place to stop people from re-spawning  and coming back to fight to get revenge. So it stops it from becoming a a death match this help people enjoy there role play experience , without it being destroyed by mad people because they died.

So things are stacking up abit on you. In terms of the warnings and this ban you dont have much to go by.
I suggest you stay very low as there will be no chances if you decide to break any more rules.
