So when I got kicked I was banned for shooting in the bluezone. Mark me if im wrong but I dont see that rule in the actual rules page so I think I was banned for not having my weapon holstered in the bluezone which is rule 6C

In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
Well basically I think I was banned for a small offense. I had just met some rebels and they told me to come to the police station with them. I then came and they said to get on the garage roof and have like a suicide scenario which was cool and all. Then a hobo climbs up the ladder and says "I'm a hostage" so I thought it would be cool to do a hostage scenario so I pulled out my gun and they went along with it *friendly hostages* so it was a fake hostage scenario. I then fired the gun at my car a couple of times as I thought it would attract police attention and then Fry hops out of the PD and stares at me for awhile. I try and roleplay with him but get instantly banned. I also have a video of evidence of the scenario if you wish to see it.

Why should we unban you.
I have been on this server for about one year now and have enjoyed every bit of it. I was in the UNMC for 5 months until it closed down and then I joined a gang. Ever since then I have been just wondering around as a hobo. Trying to find good roleplay scenarios. I love this server and I even applied for the cops but sadly got rejected as I do not meet the minimum age requirements. I'm really upset that I got banned for this and wish to have more roleplay on this server in the future. Thank you.

It was a fake hostage scenario. They were friends with me and if I had gotten money out of that I would've given it to them for participating as well. I would never have shot them and they knew that. We were all on in it together.

Well, shooting is not allowed in the bluezone. You are expected to RP it as if it is heavily manned with officers working at their desk, moving in and out to patrol. Shooting at all inside that zone is not considered realistic therefore bad RP.

I'd like to hear @Fry about this. Is there any way in which you could have missed the context? Ofcourse it remains a broken rule, but if the story unfolded as @Parq says it did, a ban may have been a bit to severe and a warning could have been enough? As far as I understood it, the hobo climbed on the roof and said, without being told to, ''I am a hostage''.. If thats the case, and the video should show, it could hardly be a hostage situation.

Therefore, I'd like to see the video @Parq since it will be easier to determine what happened if we have seen it.

So I had just "Woken up" in Kavala HQ, went in to gear up for a Hostage/Bank op whilst gearing up can hear some people shouting by the police vehicle shop and vermin rounds being fired @ Kavala hq windows and them breaking. Once im geared i head out to see this guy pointing a gun at me and 3-4 people with hands on their heads. I get my range finders out to see what gun is in his hands and see it is a vermin. After that i spectacled to make sure his name was correct and then issued the ban on shooting in the blue zone.

Thanks @Fryfor the reply. Will await the video so we can see his side of the story and make a decision on this case. @Parq no matter what shows on the video, shooting in the bluezone is a no go. If a hobo sees you, he will think it is okay and it will snowball. I understand sometimes a storyline makes it seems okay to shoot in it, but unfortunately we have to let go of these opportunities for the greater good.

I see where you are coming from and I fully understand how this is a just ban. I was shooting my car windows and I think they may have ricocheted off the car and flew towards the PD. I most likely would've done the same thing. I was shouting to you though and trying to make it seem like it was a fake hostage situation by saying "I think its working guys" but I guess you couldn't hear me. I am currently uploading the video.

I admit this was fully unacceptable and I give my sincerest apologies. I promise nothing like this will ever happen again.
