I think I was banned because the admin misunderstood what happened when I shot the guy. (more explained in next question)

Why should we unban you ?
When I shot the person I do not believe it was RDM. The guy was messing our team around so my teammate decided to take him up a crane and drop him off. I then shot the man off the crane, what I think is the admin thought that I just shot a random guy, whereas in reality I had a reason to. I also don't understand because if I had shot him or not, he still would have died.
