I got a ban because I used the vehicle to push another vehicle that killed the other person.

Why should we unban you ?
I got banned in a stupid situation when some random guy was just shooting people around him without any reason. Before admin came I used my vehicle to push another vehicle that killed this guy. After this, RDM guy and I got banned. He got for RDM, me for VDM. I tried to explain it on teamspeak but I was rejected because of an earlier penalty. I know that breaking rules to stop someone from breaking rules is still breaking rules but I tried to be a good samaritan and it end up bad for me. I was in mind that I probably got banned but at least I didn't brake rules just for fun. I know that this is not a good excuse but I would like my good intentions to be taken into account when considering my appeal.

This still does not justify what you did so if someone was RDMing again what would you do in a situation like this and could you please quote me the rule you have broken and explain this rule in your own words.

If I get again in the same situation I will just run away from the RDM area and call an admin. I broke the 2.1 rule and it says that I can't use vehicle as a weapon so I can't ran over people or ram other cars because I will get banned.
