Rule 1.9 , lying to a whitelisted faction about your age

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I would like to initially start by saying me and multiple staff members had spoken about the ban before hand, during which they spent a long period of time trying to figure out why I was banned as none of my applications had any errors or inconsistencies, they narrowed it down to the fact that on my profile I had 07/04/2001 instead of my actual birthday of 07/04/2002. I was banned because apparently the dates on my profile ( keep in mind im allowed to put whatever on my profile unless i break the rules) stated I was a different age to what I am. Overall, the reason I was banned was because of a slight inconsistency which I will explain below in more detail.
Why should we unban you ?
I have been on this server for over 3 years and have had 1 case of being banned, which was recently, as well as this I also created my profile over 3 years ago when I was 13, let me say, the information on my profile was given when I was 13, and I have no idea why the date is 1 year off, Im going to guess that it was a mistake seeing as I did not realise it until now. This minor inconsistency which was a mistake I had made over 3 years ago, was the reason I was banned, although this does not in technicality go against the rule 1.9 as I had not directly lied to a whitelisted faction, it was a simple accident in key pressed which I had made, 3 years ago and had not noticed until today. I have never lied about my age to a whitelisted faction, which is why I was banned, or lied about my age in general, so as I joined the server today I was suprised to see I was banned under 1.9. At first I thought there was some mistake, and spent a long time, as stated above, speaking with staff members. I offered to provide physical proof that I was 16 years old and went as far as sending a level 4 staff member a section of my passport details with my name and age which I will happily provide as proof again. I believe I was wrongfully banned as I did not break any rules and did not break rule 1.9. The mistake on my profile should of been inquired about as it was a mistake, and no direct lie was stated to any of the whitelisted factions, so I feel it was largely unfair to issue a ban immediately without questioning it. There isnt really much I can see apart from the fact I spent a large amount of time trying to sort this out with staff members doing my best to cooperate and give what they needed, I also did not lie about my age to anyone in any circumstance and I feel I have been unfairly banned as the staff member who banned me felt it was better to immediately ban without thinking rather than inquire to why the profile I created 3 years ago had a minor mistake. In the years ive been on this server I have always tried my best to not break rules and would say I have done that very well, apart from the case which happened recently, and that this ban was unjustified and could have been easily sorted out with a few questions( and as i was willing to provide it ) proof. As I have said I am 16 years old and will happily provide proof once again to anyone who may need it, that I am 16.
I would like to apologise in advance if in this request I have come off as slightly arrogant or irritated but I hope that you understand that in my situation, I feel unfairly judged, and am in a generally awful position which has stressed me out and made me irritated, however, I am doing my best to settle the problem as an adult and will continue to do so .
