In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for 5.4 which is a segment of the New Life rule. The rule I broke was giving tactical information when I was downed. New Life Rule means that once you have died you can not remember what happened in your previous life and cannot return in a 1KM radius of your death zone. You can not give tactical information over a third party software or over radio chat to your friends once downed as this gives them an advantage in allowing them to have an unfair edge over their opponents. You are allowed to give tactical information only in direct chat and have to act accordingly to your injuries. You are also not allowed to enter a combat situation or continue with the one you were just in for the next 15 minutes.

Why should we unban you ?
You should unban me because I have a firm grasp on the rules and this was a slip up on my side for breaking the rule out of annoyance at the people that were rdming me and my friend, as they would not listen to my ‘notes’ to come to TS to speak about it and I knew that they would not bother if they won the gunfight, so at the time I thought I was right by doing this. However after reviewing my actions in the situation I have come to the conclusion that this is not right or justifiable, as it is not an excuse to break a rule if someone else is. Furthermore, I realised that I should have of just contacted an admin in TS and let them deal with the situation instead of trying to take it into my own hands and breaking rule 5.4 to ensure that we had the best tactical advantage of winning the gunfight to be able to speak to them. I would also like to say that I do not break rules (or 5.4 in particular), it was just at the time I thought it was acceptable to do that but know I am fully aware that this is not the case and that I should have handled the situation better by muting my mic and letting Albiston fight without talking to him unless it was in direct chat and I would act as if I had been injured from a gunshot by talking as if I was in pain and speaking in short mumbled words at a time. I heavily regret my actions realising it had negatively affected the situation, and in future would let it play out without interference

Based on this appeal here the replies you had on the report. You do seem to understand that what you did was wrong.
But 1 question popped into my head, why at the time do you think 2 wrongs make a right ?

I will answer this with complete honesty, at the time, I thought that me breaking the rule and ensuring we won the gunfight, would of been a larger benefit for the community, in my mind during that scene I was set on trying to get the two players into Teamspeak. I knew there was no way that they would of joined if we died, as they would not respond to my notes, and would just say " explain in game " which for obvious reasons I could not. At the time I thought it would of been beneficial to get a support team member's, advice on the situation, to possibly help them know the rules for future engagements, and avoid situations like this in the future. I would like to think that the reason for me breaking a rule was not for selfish reasons, and was my attempt at bettering the community. Although at this point I can say I regret my actions and realize I should of just submitted a report,  as the report which was submitted, led to a player being banned

I am not in the same mindset as I was last week when I was in the confrontation but I can say that the fact I was irritated about being blatantly rdmed in a gunfight, probably was a contributing factor in my decision. In my three years on this server, I had only been banned once before due to a stupid event between my brother and I, and situations like this have never happened before. I regret my decisions and realise it had impacted the situation in an unfair way.

Going back to the original question one more time, and to summarise, I possibly acted out of annoyance, however, I was trying to put the community first as I wanted this situation to not happen again. However, I understand the way that I approached this was completely wrong and I assure you nothing like this will happen again.
