In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
The reason i was banned for RDM and NLR , the RDM situation was that me and my friend were doing cocaine and we were gonna go and sell it however alot of police were around kavala drug dealer so we turned around and headed for the gang base , when we arrived we went upstairs and saw our tower was broken into so i told the people to get out of our tower or they would be shot , i proceeded to go up to the roof and they did not initiate but shot the first bullet from what i saw anyway , however my game then froze so i kept shooting but when it unfroze i was already bleeding out , so i re spawned kavala where i headed towards drug dealer the police pulled me over (this was after 15mins so the NRL timer was over) so when the timer was over i thought you can remember anything and can do anything so i said our gang truck was stolen then the truck came straight passed us and i said it might be that truck so the police tried to stop them and i just watched i did not do anything after that.

Why should we unban you ?
i Believe i should be unbanned because it was an honest mistake i didn't mean to break the rules it was never in my intention and ive only been playing arma for a month so im still trying to get use to everything , however the RDM was way out of my hands due to the fact that on my screen those guys shot at us first after we initiated so i shot back but didn't kill any of them . The NLR i didnt realize that you had to forget everything even after the 15mins im truly didnt mean to break this rule as the hemt truck came pass me , i didnt mean to break any rules and obviously ive learned from my mistakes and it wont happen again , and to be banned from a server i spend all my time on with 300+ hours on would be such a shame due to the fact the people ive met and played with and to be banned and never be allowed to come back will be a real shame and waste of my time . I do agree i broke the rules but i didnt mean to so ive learned from my mistakes and hopefully get unbanned and get back to enjoying arma 3 again on Roleplay.co.uk .

In the notes of your ban it says that you started shooting at the thieves without initiation. Why does this not come back in your appeal?
Did you not do it or did you forget?

 
@Auxen i did initiate on them and they did not comply so thats how the gun fight started , however they said i didnt but i believe they had a video and i know for a fact i did initiate if you ask for the video they will show you , but i didnt intent to break the NLR it was purely a mistake and i didnt understand it to the fullest extent , however i've learned from my mistakes and believe im ready to come back to the server which i hope to spend the rest of my arma days on .

 
@Auxen is it possible if you can get the video of me breaking the rules ? i would just like it because i would like to review the clip on what rules i broke

Locked for 3 days for bumping, Member not only bumped his unban appeal here but also attempted to make a bump appeal.

 
Why would you make multiple appeals and bump your current appeal? If you need to add something to a dispute / reply there is an edit function you can use. 

If you can follow the simplest of forum rules how can we be sure you can follow pages worth of ingame rules?

 
@JohnJoeegan It's my first time in trouble ive never intended to break any rules and i didnt realize bumping was a thing so i dont really understand it all however , the NLR/RDM thing i never got to explain my self i was just instantly banned if everyone knew the back story i probs wouldnt have got banned , i didnt RDM anyone and there is a clip somewhere that somebody has got and it shows my initiation , and i didnt even kill anyone i was killed. However i re-read the rules to 100% ensure that in the future i never do this again , although from my point of view i didnt RDM anyone i didnt even shoot a bullet i was shot and killed but the NLR i take full responsibility as i didnt understand that rule to the fullest extent however i now understand it and i do apologize for my actions.  

(5.3) When you respawn: Your character does not remember any previous roleplay situations. Your character does not remember where any of its vehicles outside the garage are Your character does not remember any previous enemies (your killer/robber etc) Your character cannot return within 1000m of the location of death or be involved in the same combat situation until the 15 minute NLR timer has expired. Your character does remember their friends & gang members.

5.3 means for the next 15 minute i can not go within 1km radius of my previous life death area, and that i can only remember my friends and gang members.

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

2.2 means you cannot shoot anyone without good quality roleplay and engaging them , and that i need to give them enough time to comply with my orders.

It didn't  make it very clear in the unban appeal rules , so i thought you cant spam your currant appeal , so when no admins replied to me for a couple of days i thought that i wasn't being noticed and dealt with however i understand now and spoke with a admin through PM about bumping so i fully understand it , sorry if i have made a mistake however its natural to make a mistake.

  • If you "bump" your appeal or keep asking; “when will I be unbanned” we reserve the right to deny the request.
This means i cant make another appeal unless my currant appeal gets timed out and that i cannot keep spamming the appeal chat but can edit to my last message sent.

Well there shouldn't be a next time to be honest with you however if it did occur again then i would go straight to an admin to explain what happened , although i didn't get that opportunity when i got banned to explain the situation. I game if i die then i cannot remember anything of my following life except from friends and gang members but cannot remember anything like where my car is etc... and cannot approach my last death area for 15 mins . 

 
I would advise you give the above post a read to ensure you understand fully how the Fail RP/RDM rules are interpreted here.

So let's say I shoot you in kavala, I execute you and you spawn in agios. 5 Minutes after you die you have a car crash in agios and die yet again due to your own careless driving and leave behind a big pile of money. What do you do?

 
@TCK Matt I would stay away from kavala and agios because you still need to wait the 10 mins of the kavala death regardless  if i die again .
