If I remember everything right so it was a while ago .. I ran into a cop who restraind me because I had done something (can not remember what). Then there was a bunch of people there, I started to argue against them (do not remember what it was about). I then called the someone of them "Retard / Retarded".
I'm from Sweden and I have always interpreted the word "retard" as someone who is stupid. But now when I googled it up as I found out what it means.

to make slow; delay the development or progression of (an action, process, etc.); prevent or impede.
I understand that this may not be the best word to call someone. But I've been called retard many thimes when im roleplaying so i thougt it was okey in one way.
I think I then asked them why they had been teeming with a police officer and then we argumeterade in the usual chat, but I never called them Retard there.
Why should we unban you ?
I think you should unban me because I have been playing on this server for a really long time. I know that last time i got banned Wilco told me that if I ever get banned again dont even think of making a new unban request .. But i did not even get reported for this so in did not have a chance to explain what happend. On the ALUK stats it says that my last ban was my final chance but always worth trying.
I know that i did wrong and im really sorry.
Edit: (1.3) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and will be punished by a ban. I did not swear at them outside roleplay.

, so i don't know if i did calld them a retard in the sidechat but i dont think so. I think that the "I called you a retard" means that i called them a retard in roleplay, and i was just trying to explain it..
