In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I was banned for apparent RDM which was submitted by James Anderson. I was banned for perceived RDM on "(42CRM) James Anderson" based on his video he submitted as evidence.
Why should we unban you.
I and my gang leader Critic have discussed this with mentor Finchy and has been forwarded to senior admins for review as well. I, Critic & Mentors discussed and indeed resulted in a consensus that I should launch an unban appeal for following reasons:
The Video does not prove any evidence of RDM since there is no sound / voice of any initiation and gun fire that was happening at the ATM with this person's gang members. So the quality of Initiation or the Initiation itself was not even heard / recorded due to music being played and ear plugs being removed way after the actual engagement. Thus this video should not be treated as evidence since it lacks quality and facts that become the context of the shooting I did.
Context: This gang initiated upon us (Okazaki, Marijn, Titanium) around the ATM area trying to rob. In-return we asked them to put their hands up or they will be shot. In response to that he said "No, Hands Up, I have a sniper on you" [his own video time mark 2:17]. Then we informed them we also have snipers & close cover etc. At that time, Titanium spotted a guy behind the Orange SUV as their sniper & also the Tempest Covered truck pulling over and getting into firing position [video mark 2:35] at the Garage (while SUV guy moved closer at video mark 2:25). Upon failure to comply, I killed the first guy at the ATM area "[42CRM] Mike Anderson" at video mark 2:39 (see kill feed).Then, I got info about the looks of the sniper.
So I moved in towards garage. At that time you see him aiming (ready to shoot) at me through his scope and adjusting his position to make the shot (time mark 4:18. I spot him again at around (4:30 mark) and move behind the house to come from behind him, see him moving there too. So as he had his gun out looking for me... i spot him first at the back of the houses and shot him down. You see him looking for me in first person looking through his close quarter scope to shoot me around corners at 4:40... But I got to him first. He perhaps didn't like it and wanted to use this video (completely lacking the overall operation & initiation details) to try to get me banned.
Also, clearly visible this guy exploited while storing his tempest covered in garage while sitting inside the vechile.
