In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Yes, I admit, I was banned for being abusive in side chat. However the person who submitted this, twisted and manipulated the case through making it look unjustified. Resulting in my belief this was more of a personal attack, as they targeted many players of my gang.

Why should we unban you ?
For starters, I love the server, and have been only playing on ALUK for Altis Life. I would never do anything intentionally to put my account at risk of ban. Therefore, I would appreciate if this unban appeal is taken serious.

For starters, the robbery was RDM, as they told us to put are hands up, and when we did, they shot us anyway, so our gang came along and fought them. This led to us being very annoyed so we took it to side chat stating "RDM" and went on furiously as they were laughing about it. I admit, I went a little to far with the so called "Abuse", but I was provoked, and they also abused chat by winding me up personally saying "Dont cry mate" constantly, so i lost it and as a joke said come down to where I live, but made no harmful threats. I also believe this was a personal attack, instead of to do with the server, as our gang do not get along with their gang anyway, therefore leading them to manipulate what actually happened. We had no reason to go on team speak to resolve it, as we broke no rules, and in-fact they RDM'ed us. Therefore, causing my annoyance initially. I love the server, and I believe RDM is scum.

I know this is very hard to prove as I do not have any evidence to back my case. However, just think to yourself, why would i waste all the hard time an effort on the server, just to get banned?

This not for discussion except for you, your gang members cannot post here. If they are banned they must do their own unban appeals.

Are you aware this is an adult community, and not counter strike? We don't rage at players on OOC here.

Yes I understand and it won't happen again. But you have to realise much worse rules were broken which provoked me. 

I have learnt that I am always going to record in the future so I have evidence to back up my accusations and I will NOT abuse side chat ever again

I spoke with Nuruxy on teamspeak while sorting out another situation. He understands that he shouldn't have done what he had done. He also understands the proper way to resolve an issue/report a player.
