In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
We were ontop of the hospital, I can't remembered exactly why, but it came down to me and another person holding it down. We were taking fire from multiple angles and while we were taking cover. Cops managed to sneak up behind us. I kill the first cop, but then the other one manages to restrain me. I get into cuffs, he then escorts me me around and put me down again.
My character then goes prone, I thought he had unrestrained me, so without thinking much about it I try to kill him, here I also manage to mouth "why did you unrestrain me". The cop manages to taze me without getting killed. Meanwhile this is going on, some other guy is running around with a gun, the cop switches focus to him and while he is detaining him my character does the same animation again, I am standing still in restrains when my guy goes into prone and pulls out his gun. I still thought that this was due to the cop trying to restrain the other guy, so in my head I was doing nothing wrong.
I get PM'ed by the cop on Teamspeak wanting to speak with me, I got confused by this but still went up into our liason room. Here he proceedes to tell me that I 'unrestrain glitched'. I asked him how I had done that, where he then said that I did it on purpose to kill him and get out of there.
As you can see in the video and in the report, I didn't know you could restrain glitch and let alone didn't know how to do it. Which is why I also killed the cop, when my character decided to go prone in handcuffs. I even told the cop over Teamspeak I didn't know what restrain glitching was, he didn't believe me and insisted that I was lying. I got it explained to me by him and I also remembered that I apologized for doing it. If he had been a civilian I would gladly have compensated for lost gear, but hence him being a cop, that was not needed.
Why should we unban you ?
I really enjoyed the server and cherished the time I had on the server with my gang. Which is why I would love to be able to get back onto it and play there again.
As stated above, I really didn't know what I had done wrong until it was too late. I can wholeheartedly promise you that I will be more careful about glitches and exploits in the future. I have always been an honest player, which is why I was also clueless to my wrongdoings.
I have learned from my mistakes and will stay as far away from glitching and any form or shape of abusing.
