In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for Poor/low quality RP, i was kind of confused why, but i was told by a staff team - level 1 after the ban, that the reason why i was banned was because i broke the rule saying that i cannot initiate on anyone as a hobo, i need to have a gun out.

Why should we unban you ?
I would like to be unbanned because, RPUK is my sort of "freespace" from the outside world, it makes me relax, and feel comfortable. I have been a member of the community for 800+ hours now, and i would hate myself for being banned for such a petty reason from my side. I did not have a full understanding of this rule, and now after i have been banned i have looked through the ruleset and read it down to detail. I've completely learned from my mistakes, i would like to be a part of this lively community again.

You put me in a difficult position here. That is potentially some of the worst RP I have seen in a very long time and I was shocked when I saw the video. You were also banned just over 3 months ago which doesn't set you in good stead.

At what point do we say that enough is enough with RP like that? Convince me that you are confident with the rules by explaining what your intentions were by getting into that fight, why that isnn't acceptable what you would do if you were in that situation again.

Enough is enough when i break a rule, that is clear to understand. When i ruin someone else's RP, for my own sake of getting their gear is simply NOT okay. I would say that i have learned from my lesson, i have read the entire ruleset through once more, and i would mean that i understand it fully now.

My intentions at the time for getting into that fight "initiation" was simply because we wanted to get their weapons, nothing else at that time. However when i look over the scenario some time after it happened, i can see it is the worst sort of roleplay that i can possibly think of, and i would definately NEVER do it again. It is completely ruining someone else's RP, and i also broke a rule.

I would not come to that situation again, because i am now fully aware of what will happen and what the rules say. But IF i came to that situation again, i would apologize straight afterwards, and contact the peron(s) on teamspeak, and resolve it with them first, (I actually did that, except the person involved did not answer me.) Anyhow the things i did is not okay at all.

You've been banned previously so you can't claim to be ignorant of the rules. In your defence there has been just over 3 months since the previous so I won't be directly denying this appeal today. However, you have been here a very long time and should clearly know much better. As you have clearly put some effort into this and you have identified what you did wrong without much prompting, instead, I would like to present an opportunity to you.

You will be banned from touching weapons for 2 weeks starting from the day of your unban. If you violate this for any reason during this time you will be banned permanently without appeal. I will allow one exception being when forced to use a weapon in RP (in case it comes up) but abuse of this leniency by you own gang etc would be treated the same way as a violation. I would encourage you to join the NHS during this time to work on your RP but this is not part of your agreement.
