I think i was banned because i crashed into a broken down car which was in the middle of the road which i had no way of stopping before colliding

Why should we unban you ?
I had drugs on me and police were chasing me and to be honest i was going at quite some speed and there was a car in the middle of the road being repaired and there was no way i could have stopped in time, and i never really get into bother with the police just this time i was unlucky and it turned into a freak accident, i hope you understand thanks
