i was banned because one person attempted in front me with a mx to rob me while i was just start to get of the iron trader full of money and he said get out and i hit the gas cuz i was very scared and i have done tha same thing like i would do in my real life. if you see someone threating you with a gun you will hit the gas to go. The problem is he jumped in front of my wheels just to report me. its wansnt an intentional vdm.i am sorry

Why should we unban you ?
because this happened a long ago and i love to play again and return to this awsome mode i am a veteran i know the rules. Your are the best of the servers outhere and i have a history and money here.Please i know the rules and how to behave this was an accident so hard that made me drop the game for over a year and now i am back plz let me enjoy the game once again.

This is the event for which you were reported. After crashing your truck into Anton's Hatchback and flying off in a helicopter you then return and crash your Red Offroad into his vehicle, which caused you to die. You then locate your Tempest and the person you had driven into at Kavala garage and using information from a previous life stole back your truck violating the NLR Rule. He then gives chase and located you at which point a HEMMT crashes into him, while he was repairing you passed his SUV, turned around then attempted to ram him twice with your vehicle violating the VDM rule. So it isn't quite as cut and dry as you not wanting to be shot. So I'd suggest that you review the answers to the above questions given this new evidence, then quote and explain the VDM rule and NLR rule.

Good evening. First of all i wasnt aware of the whole situation and i didnt understand all of this happened because the main reason i got  banned is because raynor a guy i know in real life has a problem with his nerves and temper the guy is right but raynor vdmed at first stages which i was not aware till now and he dropped of altis life anyway i think. '' when his friend in a hemmt (buZZ) vdmes both me and connor '' thats not truth as far as i remember i vdmed only one guy because he was standing in front of my truck with a gun and i just hitted the gas like i would do in real life. but i cant recall going in a helicopter ? i couldnt even afford one + would i leave a truck full of iron like that? . A lot of time passed so i cant really explain what i did wrong. I am sorry for all that. my pov is with the story i told you one guy threat me at the iron trader with a gun i saw him i fired up my truck and i used it to my protection as i would do if a robber comes to threaten my family in my car or having a mil worth of iron.I am really sorry for all of that but raynor did all the shit work which he is guilty of like he does in many games and i am not playing with him anymore but its his fault i defended my self in maybe not 100% in game rules but 100% a real life situation i would do the same. I do believe this person he reported us is lying but he doesnt lie but he is not telling 100% truth only and as i saw in the way he speaks he lost his temper and he spoke to us in a very offensive way. last but not least i cant go in ts cuz i am banned for no reason and i dont know why. i remember telling that to him and he said he doesnt care... i am really sorry for this but i cant recall anymore than this or i am not fully rensponsible for my friend either.

Although i am aware now i will pick my friends better. thank you for your time.

Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed.

the rules say it clearly never use the vehicle as a weapon but the difference is I didn't do it ,I didn't use it as a weapon it was an accident fired it up i hit the gas and he went in front of it to stop it.what should I do turn right to avoid him?. Avoid the robber ? Some people they do it with purpose they are getting in front just because to force you stop but this is a guy with an mx in hands and me Worthing my gear + 900k worth of iron. I just went straight to run he jumped in front of the wheels rdm was engaged and I I acted accordingly. It was wrong but it was a though at that time it was an accident i do understand my mistake and I am sorry it won't happen again I kind of panicked maybe and I just went on. But next time consider this you are in your car with your family and you see someone with a gun threating your family what would you do I real life start the car and go what if the robber jumps in front ? Stop the car ? Just to not hit him ? The robber with an AK47? I acted as I would act in my real real life and it was a mistake I didn't thought back then that it was a mistake

So long as you understand that under no circumstance (bar MRAP on MRAP) are you to run a player over. If the players are constantly jumping in front of vehicles to then cry VDM in a trollish manner, then that is not the drivers fault.

morale of the story; hit someone with your car, you apologise and make it right.
