NikosDas has opened an un-ban appeal

Date & Time you was banned:: wednesday july 29 approx 3 pm...in canada though
Admin that banned you (Check ban message when you connect to the servers): WhoIsDan
In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: shouldnt have had a gun out in the safe zone i suppose but i was under the impression that if rp was initiated outside of the safe zone then they werent able to use it as an easy escape
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: 6C) Weapons must be holstered inside green and blue zones at all times.
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: 6F) If you are in active combat you are unable to run into the green zone to avoid being killed/robbed (Punishment is a ban)
Even though we were not enganged in combat i thought this rule still applied

If you need to report someone for something we have a section here for that. What you dont do when you see someone breaking the rules is break them yourself. Im sure @WhoisDan will tell us the situation surrounding your ban.

 
I saw you with your gun pointing at someone who had crashed inside the greenzone. I asked you to put it away, reminding you that you cannot, under any circumstances, pull a gun on anyone in the greenzone, nor can you have it out at all. However, when I left you clearly believed I was no longer watching and once again pulled out your gun in the same position and told him to get out the car or be shot. You were warned and failed to listen and walk away, so I issued a ban.

 
i would first like to say i wasnt trying report anything, i was simply trying to get unbanned. secondly i couldnt hear anything because of all the car engines and other sounds happening, if i had of heard i would have complied. finally i understand than im not to have a gun out nor rob people in safe zones, however this was initiated outside of the safe zone and i thought i was ok to proceed and unsure of how much time i had until that rp situation to continue but we were chasing them in our truck and had veiw of them 90% of the time until he crashed.

Bascially dont play with guns and robbings so close to the safezone, proceed to do this roleplay away from it.
