In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I initiated on a driving go-kart, I asked him twice to stop his go-kart, he refused it so i shot him. I did not gave him enough time to comply(RDM) and asking someone to stop his go-kart/car while he is driving is poor Roleplay.

Why should we unban you.
I fully understand the rules, of course there are still some things i have to learn. Like this massive mistake i made. I shouldn't have shot him. I should have kept on following him and not straight up shooting him. I understand why it's RDM and i'm very sorry about this. In the past I got banned for RDM(this was just a stupid mistake of speaking in the wrong channel) and since than i've been watching over everything I did, untill this moment.. I've been playing over 6 months on this server, i have around 600 hours on it and i play over 4 hours a day on the server. I've been a police officer and a medic. When i got denied for my first unban appeal i was devastated. It has been only 3 days of not playing on this server and It felt like i missed a piece of myself. I love the community and i would love to still be a part of it. If I could get a final chance I would appreciate it. I will work so hard on improving my Roleplay.

I want to thank @Thesoldierto give me another chance of redeeming myself.

Looking at your ban history, there was an RDM incident just like this a year ago. However looking at your post history, I don't see a player causing issues or getting reported.

Terms of this unban are quite simple:

Two weeks as a CSO* you must pass the application, interview, and entry tests.

*You cannot be promoted to PCSO, also your application ignores any age requirements/black lists. If you complete the term as a CSO and wish to remain, the academy can decide to promote you to PCSO.

During this period, you cannot play as a civilian either, as this is mandatory community service.
