In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because of a breech of the server rules. these rules were, vehicle death match, and random death match. This were during and active gunfight with multiple police officers at the time. I then shot a civilian without a gun thinking it was an officer. I was mistaken because I was at about 600-700m away with a medium range scope. The VDM accoutred when I was trying to make a getaway and flew into another oncoming helicopter by accident.
Why should we unban you ?
I understand that what I done was a clear breech of the game rules and sine the incident I have gone over the game rules over and over again to make sure if the possibility of being unbanned ever came around I would be ready to make myself an improved gamer in the server. I am especially disappointed with myself and my actions as this server was the only excuse of playing this wonderful game, and this server only makes it better. Not to mention the hours that I have spent pretty much just on this server alone and would like to think that this has not just helped me to socialise online but in real life as well. So I guess what I am saying is that, if I miss out on the privilege of playing on the wonderful servers that are kept together by the wonderful staff then there is no point in me playing games at all because this server is all I care about in gaming. As I pointed out I made a mistake and if I could go back in time and change it, trust me I would. But now is not the time to dwell on the past but to look forward into the future and hopefully it will be joining you all on role-play UK. After all don't we all make mistakes, we are only human. thank you for your consideration and I hope to be joining you all soon. I did not see the reply to my other unban as my pc was broken at the time. the answer to the question : why wait a month before trying to get back on is that I did not think that it would work as my RDM was on a member of your staff. I realise now that I should have had faith in your team and realise how professional the roleplay staff really are. I am truly sorry for my previous actions on the server and just want to hopefully enjoy this role-play experience again. I was also banned from talking on this website for 7 days for an invalid reason. The rule (12.4) Commenting on a ban appeal or report a player thread that is not involving you will lead to a warning point and a 7 day posting restriction. This says if I comment on someone elses unnban appeal but I didn't comment on an urban appeal. I messaged an admin asking for them to look at my unnban appeal. So in my opinion it was an invalid reason for the talk ban. But then again it is not my decision to make. Kind regards Niall dixon
