In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I was banned for spitting on someone
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: There is no rule, or what i have seen that says but i was banned for bad roleplay the only other thing that is close to it is Breaking RP in voice,

There are so many people on the server with all different points of view and disputes and disagreements are all part of the game, however please do not discuss them in-game also do not break RP in voice.

For example if someone has RDM’ed you discussing this on the server or saying “I am going to report you” is not allowed. Please use the forums or teamspeak to report or discuss only (Punishment is a ban)

Exception: You may contact someone using the text system if they are not on teamspeak or on the forums. Please only attempt to make this contact in effort to resolve the issue, not to antagonise the other player/users/members.
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I would like to be given a second chance because i did not know this was banable at all, the amount of people i seen do to me and to others is quite high and this is why i thought i wasnt banable, i play on this server "alot" and i have been enjoying it alot ive never had trouble with an admin before and im deeply sorry for the trouble i have caused, i have never had trouble with an admin and i never will. i hope you do consider this ban appeal as i have spent "many" hours now on this server and im really sad to see that it has all went to waste for spitting on someone it was only a joke to the people i did it to, they laughed and then i was banned.

all neon did was spit on someone ( you can do this in REAL LIFE and this would be dealt with by the local police ) also at NO stage in the server rules does it state that spitting on someone is a banable offence.

Walk up to someone random after changing your name to something random you may find that a lot of people will do it as they are roleplaying...

i was starting trouble, but now that i have thought over what i did it was stupid of me and from someone else point of view it was stupid and dumb, ill now know not to do anything again like this and i am very deeply sorry.

i will be completely honest with you here, i will completely agree i combat logged here he said that it happened on the 6th of june it could not have been, i know i combat logged but this was not recent at all this was when i was new to the server and an idiot i didnt take the server seriously back then and im deeply sorry for combat logging then i really am but this was when i was new to the server, but i seriously havent combat logged since then after dying by a player. i understand you have probably heard that excuse before and i am seriously sorry. i hope you give me just one final chance, because i really mean it that i wont ever do anything wrong again i care this much about being unbanned that all the views for this post is because of me constantly checking. i went to see if anyone had any reports on me and found this: http://www.altislife.co.uk/topic/27167-neon-combat-log-rdm/#comment-167892 i would like to explain this, when he had ran in to kill me, i wasnt even paying attention to the game i also dont understand why he did use lethals but that is not an excuse for combat logging and this was also when i was new to the server. then for the rdm my friend told me he had said to the officer that he had to put his hand up and he also said he had counted down i was a distance away when i took the shot and this person is called logan he can be an idiot at times because he is 12 not saying it was his fault bu t i was so surprised when i killed that officer i cant even remember it until the vidio that was provided. as of these reports i find it hard for you to see me never do anything like this again but i would be very happy and grateful if you do unban me because when i say i wont ever do anything rulebreaking again i mean it with my life. Edit: also spitting on someone has to be the closest thing to doing anything rulebreaking in this server since these reports. and i did change my ways since back then.

Well this ban was previously approved and as you have now confirmed it was you we do not need to do a log check for you.

Combat logging is a ban without appeal.
