In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because of an RDM which the police officer PC Thomas had entered the bank from the back door and I engaged, I think the lack of communcation on both parties is the reason this has happened and I should have waited before engaging instead of just reacting. Which therefore I had broken rule 2.2 for RDM.

Why should we unban you ?
I feel as though this was a rather quick and poor judgment on my behalf and I should learn to engage in RP more efficiently before engaging in high risk tasks on the island. I wish to better myself at RP and grow as a player with a community that has built a fun and solid engaging player experience. Try and think ahead and before I act in many situations that arise as things can take a turn at any moment. I apologise for messing with the enjoyment and RP of the two officers at the rear of the bank that day. I will need to get better acquainted with TS for when things pear shaped or if someone is needing to discuss something that has happened or require any information. Hopefully I will be able to rejoin with the community and friends and move forward and learn with others and grow as a roleplayer. (2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).


This rule would defiantly be considered a big rule for the RP and game play side of the server to ensure people are not just killing each other for the sake of shooting each other. Engaging in role-play to enhance the experience of each player and if the story turns to the darker side and someone is killed, its the story that has followed both parties and hopefully if done correctly people wont feel robbed of their actions. It is there to protect each other so the server does not turn into a free for all, screaming at someone to raise their hands above their heads and then shooting does not count as good role-play and you're essentially robbing someone their chance at talking their way out of it or coming to some kind of understanding. Pulling up to someone at lets say a gas station, telling them to put their hands on their heads or you will shoot them and giving them seconds to respond before pulling the trigger is an act of RDM. Engagment, escalation and roleplay/story should or be somewhat at least apparent before acting in discharging firearms at another player and be given the chance to respond.
 

I feel as though it is very important to keep this imprinted before making actions towards other players as if it get's out of hand it can totally ruin a players gaming session and how they feel towards server rules and the community. we are all here to try and have fun and roleplay our altis life. I am sorry for not taking the time I should have through my mistake and just reacting instead of thinking. Time off from the game and making my appeal has allowed me to realise how well your community runs with its rules and reasoning they are set in place. Thank you for reading through my appeal.
