In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was going to rob the bank when ( what i think was undercover cops ) with the clantag of PFE came and caught me. At that time i didn't think they where cops and continued, i was tazed and rubberballed but i was comfused because i didn't get knocked out, i heard the ziptie noice but again nothing. I was then teleported to Admin Vladic where we discussed what had happened, at the end i told him in direct words : "I think i was getting handcuffed but i glitched out of it". It was all a missunderstanding, if i knew myself i would have relogged.

Why should we unban you ?
I've spent more then 60 hours on your servers and I'm really enjoying them! My ban was a missunderstanding. I forgot to have my shadowplay running so i did not capture anything but i hope i can get unbanned as i follow the rules the best i can and if something happens i will allways salve it over teamspeak, i have a group of 6 on this server and i dont want them to move to another server just because of this.

The notes I have say you were also interfering with a bank job? Please explain the glitching part in more detail. What happened?

 
So all this me and my friend was going around robbing fuel stations just for the fun of it. When the server was about to restart he needed to go, but I wanted to rejoin after the restart and get arrested to get my bounty of me, which at that point was almost half-a million. So I made my way over to the rebel outpost and grabed some wirecutters and a bomb. My plan was to rob the bank and get arrested to as i said earlier remove my bounty. I grabed my silver SUV and made my way over to the H.M treasury. I parked my SUV by a hill by the bank as i didn't want it to be scraped. I made my way down to the bank when i saw two trucks outsideone of the main doors to the bank. I didn't care and stared to cut the doors open when one (with the clan tag PFE) onfronted me. He saw what i was doing and ran behind one of the trucks screaming "officer, officer, hes trying to rob the bank" then another man with the same clantag appeared, they questioned my actions and told me to leave, i didn't listen. They then knocked me out and ziptied me. When i woke up i was in a glitched position for 10-15 sec until i was freed form the glitched positions and the zipties. I didn't think much of it but i stared running away from the bank to the hill, while doing this i saw a poilce car pull up to the bank. I waited alittle and rand back to the bank this time on the other side of where the trucks where located, as the PFE people were still there. It didn't take long until they caught me again, this time they were 3 people. They stared tazing, rubberballing and ziptieing me, but after i woke up again i wasn't ziptied and i was free walk. Even if they where police they didn't state that they were police proberly, and i couldn't have known since they where dressed as rebels and there was no other police around. i decided to run around the building and losing them, i went up to the balcony of the bank and tried to open that one now that they thought i was gone. But when i was domne cutting open the door i couldn't open it which is another reason i have to believe i was glitched. I heard them talking to someone at the front of the bank, which at this point i am very sertant was Vladic. I was teleported to vladic seconds later. He asked me if i was with them doing the bank or something, dont quite remeber. I told him that I was a loner/random trying to rob the bank alone. This is where i think he missunderstod me the first time. Insted of thinking that i was going to rob the bank, he thought i was interfering with someone trying to rob the bank which i was not. Without him saying anything i said "I think i was getting handcuffed but i glitched out of it". He then stod still and i thought i was free to go. This is what i got banned for, he missunderstod what i said. Instead of him believeing i was glitched out of my control, he believed i was cheating doing it on perpes and i was confessing. 30 seconds later outside of the house i teleported into, i was banned. So no i wasn't interfering with a bank job, i was doing one. I have nothing more to say so i hope this is enough, i said the story word by word.

I broke no rules, I did not cheat and I did not interfare with a bank job. Now that I think about it Vladic said something about denying cops orders to leave the scene. I'm not sure what he ment but it says nothing in the bok that denying cops orders is illegal. I don't know if you have talked to Vladic or if your having a problem understanding what I'm saying. I was glitches out of my power and will. I couldn't do anything about it, and as a result I was banned under the suspicion of cheating. I don't know what alse to say.

 
Basically I had reports of this guy trolling around the treasury during the middle of an RP job. Was told he was restrained and ask to leave several times by the police but glitched out and carried on trying to get into the rooms. Had a chat with him and, just like above, he didn't feel like he did anything wrong. I felt a full read of the rules would benefit him. 

 
Now that I knew they were cops of corse I would have left. But how to situation played out I had alot of dought of it. As I said above at least in my opinion I didn't think they specified or presented themselves in a way which I was aware they were cops. They were wearing rebel clothes and everything how am I supposed to know. I've reed the rules after and before this incident and I don't know what kind of role play moment they where in but if I have to confess to something I didn't do, I don't know if this is the right community for me. And Vladic I think you should take some responsibility as well. The talk we had nearly didn't even last two minutes. I left that room thinking I was free to go with no trouble on my hands. You never informed me of what I was doing wrong.

Only thing i can think of is if me remebering their clantag is metagaming then there you have one:

(4.2) You are not allowed to identify players in game via nametags. Police, NHS and UNMC ranks (only ranks!) are fine to get, as they “wear clothing with the rank on” unless they are undercover. (Not in their uniform or masked.) (Punishment is a kick/ban)

Then there is the glitching i couldn't do anything about, i dont know about that one:

(2.5) Using known exploits such as looting dead bodies, any duplication of items, duplication of money, using the Anti-VDM script to regain full health, landing on the roof of drug processors, working with Bounty hunters to exploit money from the wanted system, using the ‘Flip Vehicle’ feature outside normal usage (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal)

That's basiclly all i can think of and all that has been informed to me.
