In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I was banned because I defended myself from an attacker by runing over him with a vehicle, which is a bannable offenese.
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: 3A) VDM - Vehicle Death Match Definition:
Using your vehicle for running people over, using it to ram into other vehicles in and outside combat, using a vehicle with the purpose of making it explode are all considered a form of VDM here (Punishment is a ban)
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: First of all, I would like to apologise. It wasn't my intention to break the server rules, harm other players (even though that's what I've done) or anything of the sort, but simply to escape alive from a chase.
The video that was uploaded as a proof of my guild isn't complete because it doesn't show what happened in the beginning, (edit: or the end). I was minding my own business, driving around, when suddenly - a road blockade. Nearly dodging it I just continued driving, but that wasn't the end. I was then chased around the map by a faster vehicle I couldn't have outran,and having no other choice I started using the only weapon I had - my truck (edit: after watching the video, I realised that he actually crashed into me FIRST, disabling his car in the process, after which he opened fire WITHOUT warning). After that I drove off, again hoping that was the end - I was wrong. After a short chase (edit: he again made a blockade and shot me, again, WITHOUT warning), still being unable to run hide or shoot back (edit: I realised I had no other choice but to try to defend myself) I VDM-d.
In short: I was attacked without provocation, tried to avoid combat,(edit: got VDM-d and shot without warning), gave my prosecutor a chance to stop, he didn't, tried to run away, (edit: got shot without warning, again), after which I VDM-d.
Once again, I'm sorry for what I've done, I realise that I broke the rules and all I'm asking for is a second chance.
