In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I spawned and went to buy a backpack when i was coming out of the store, i found a player in his car and said to him with a very audible voice at least 3 times to come out of the car(at least 20 sec pointing a pistol a him, we has making head movements and no answer),since i didnt got no answer from the player , i killed him. In the next 5 minutes the player starts saiyng to me that he wants the money he lost, that he didnt ear me, and that was clearly false because i was there at least 20 seconds, allways repeating my self with a good voice timber like i allways used before. Not even 1 hour went by and i was banned, not even a evidence in report section or ban appeal. To be honest, i think that the player knew the "admin" that put me out.

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I didnt did nothing that put in danger someone in the server, i roleplayed like i did in the year before i was banned, only had one problem in this server and this time i just gave up because i was working a lot and didnt had the time to come here and make an unban appeal where i did nothing wrong, now i have more spare time again i really want to come back and get back to plaiyng in the server i enjoy the most. Thank you

Please explain why rule 1E has been used... what did you say ?

Sir how can i explain why rule 1E was used, when i was banned after 1 hour with no report, no ts talk, nothing not even by the admin that banned me? If the situation was so dangerous to have such a fast response to what occured, shouldn't the admin that issued the ban come, and talk to me since "we will fully assist the UK police with their enquires". Well if we follow this rule "logic" i should be arrested by now....

Like i said in my appeal, after 5 minutes he was dead he talked to me via message in game, asking equipment money, i told him i didnt had it i couldnt pay him, of course he threatened me with im going to report you u will see, if anyone broke the 1E rule was him.

Look im going to be honest here, im not a kid and i know very well that its just a game,i would never put my self in a situation like that, does it make sense after i "killed him" and i threaten him ? What could i possibly do or say to be dangerous to him? when this is just a game and if somebody wants to do something to another because of this, its probably a crazy person, it would be stupid what can i do to somebody that i dont even know? that probably lives in other country? I dont got time for that..

Im really sorry if i sound arrogant, but its hard that i come here to expose what hapenned, where clearly i was the victim and got trapped by these 2 guys, where one of them is a admin abusing is power. Let me just make a final statement, if what i did was so dangerous to someone in the comunitty that got me banned in 1 hour, shouldnt the admin at least report to you? Maybe wasnt suited to report to you what had happened because he knew it wasnt the real reason.

Once again sorry if i sound like im triyng to frame somebody, but it was the reverse and i got no reasons to be afraid because i did nothing wrong to no one since the first day i started plaiyng. Thank you

There is no "warning or talk" here, it clearly says that in our rules... have you not read them ?

Well we don't report everything to the Police... unlike some people in this country we dont want to waste there time depending on the seriousness of the matter.

Please explain your thinking on this message that was sent to a ingame admin at the time.

Theres no talk? So if he is a admin ingame why he came and talked to me? Shouldnt the admins be the ones giving the example? Sorry Sir but since the first time i came to this server people always said, if something hapens to go to ts to try  solve wathever was the problem... Am i wrong here? 

So because its an admin in game, the player doesnt deserve that no more? If its an ingame admin he should be giving knowledge not doing what he'v done.

 Wheres the video tho, where he says i killed him  without talking to him?

So basically this ingame admin, wasnt even recording and he knew how to get on somebody nerves, why doesnt he took print of his messages to me? wasnt worth it?

Its pretty out character u wanna know why? because if u look to the other messages i even say sorry to him without him deserving one, but i was calm now when somebody says to you, that u gonna be banned because u killed him and he is butthurt, this was the only way he had to ban me, and im gonna be honest he got lucky, its who i am when somebody frames me and i bet if u where in my position u would do the same. Was it the correct way to dealing with it? No it wasnt, but after u got 4 messages of somebody threatning you of ban and u didnt do nothing wrong, i think its normal a human being to have that reaction .. 

Now would u come here again, and say to explain myself with this evidence? It shows u don't trust this so called ingame admin and that he didnt even told you the thruth...

Sir its all i have to say, if u want to really believe that im dangerous, i dont have a problem with that, but lets be adults and look at the circunstances for what they are.

I don't care about the situation here, it turned into a real life threat

Thinking about this fully i am not happy to expose the community to someone who was willing to take it that far, Its completely un-needed and there really is no excuse for it.
