I was banned for reason RDM but i was not the person who shot and killed the guy it was a friend who killed him witch has already been unbanned as admin did not look at evidence correctly.

Why should we unban you.
Because i should not have been banned for something i did not do.

You were involved with your gun out and there were multiple shots fired and he had no time to comply. It was fail RP as well. You're equally guilty in my eyes regardless if you killed him or not. Your friend was unbanned because he went through the unappeal process like you have to now.

Rdm is Shooting/killing someone without the concept of roleplay, and not giving them enough time to comply to your demands. 

I am sorry this happened but we thought that 3 seconds is enough time to comply to our demands.  My friend and I really like the server and we really did learn our lessons. I promise this won't happen again, Thesoldier.
