the requriement above.. I don't have that has anything to do with this case/situation.
I was banned for RDM - Random Deathmatch, I fully acknowledge my mistake now but at the time it took place I thought one of the guys had said "if you follow, it will have consequences". I then found out later that, that wasn't the case. so I would like to say sorry for this massive mistake we made. I didn't mean to break the rules but I did anyway and for that I'm truthly sorry. I understand you have a very serious and strict roleplay server (that is the best thing about it) so I fully understand your decision.
with that said I want to let you know that I didn't violate the rules on purpose.
so I'll tell what happend acording to me.
Me, Dakota, Demitriz and some unkown person was taking a hostage right outside Kavala. the cops came to see what was happening, me and the other three guys jumped in the truck, at that point I believe that one of the others said "if you follow, it will have consequences" so we drove away a little after (30 - 50 seconds) the police came up behind us. we fired some warning shots, they kept following us so we decided to shoot at their tires. the cops then stoped their car and started fireing back at us so we kept driving. then some admin came and despawned the car in order to speak with us, we spoke to him and he revived us. we decided to run to the nearest garage in order to get another car, the police then came to arrest us, that quickly evolved too a shooting scene.

I think you should unban me because I didn't break the rules on purpose I thought that roleplay at been initiated, because of that one mistake I was banned. just letting you know I have read the rules 3 times now, what I make out of the rules is that the only one I broke was "Failed Roleplay" and that wasn't on purpose that is all I can say I don't know what else I can do so that's it.
