In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I spawn in athira, get in my car and begin driving out the garage. I was going a little fast and nearly hit someone who then said in voice chat I would be reported for attempted vdm. He takes out an illegal weapon and fires shots with absolutely no warning. I proceed to the back of the garage at which point I map my route and as I close my map I see him coming towards my vehicle. I quickly begin to drive off as he once again shoot me and this time kills me with no warning. I change to the OOC channel and see he has written that it was an accident. I go to the site and ask for my items back to cause no trouble but he has left with them. He again repeats I will be banned for attempted vdm in the OOC channel, and so I reply telling him he will be banned for breaking role play in voice chat and killing without warning or reason. I then instantly get banned with no warning and cannot join back.

Why should we unban you ?
I did not break roleplay in the voice channel AND I am banned from team speak so thought this was the only way to contact him. I knew this was the out of character channel and when I saw his messages I thought it would be okay to reply to him and warn him about what I was doing. I am sorry if you're not allowed to but after knowing that this was out of character I thought it would be okay to tell him. I'm VERY sorry for any inconvenience I have cause you and will make sure to go over the rules again and message the player on their phone next time. Thankyou for your support!

Please quate the rule you broke from the server rules and explain what you would do diffrently if u get rdm again.

 
I was said to have broke rule  (2.8) . This means I was threatening to ban another player through push to talk, but it was from the chat. I believe I still shouldn't have used the chat and next time I will make sure to try and contact them on their phone, and tell them to go on team speak. If they don't want to I will then get an admin to help me instead of trying to argue with the other player. Next time I will keep my cool and handle the situation with more responsibility and take care of it properly.

This is what I had wrote to him in pure frustration of the situation. I do apologize for getting angry but he had said to me in voice chat that I had broken a rule of "Attempted VDM" as I drove past but it was a mere accident on my behalf, and I luckily missed him. I am very sorry for having a rant in chat, and next time will make sure to solve the situation the best I can instead of making it worse. Sorry for both threatening to report him in OOC chat and not addressing the situation properly.

I have released that this server takes the rules and game very seriously, and I did not appreciate that. I've played on alot of servers whereby almost anything goes even though there are rules, but on here its different. Getting banned really showed me how much the community and staff care for the server and it's players, which is think is wonderful. I am really sorry for getting frustrated but now I know there are much better ways of handling the situation and will not snap at people anymore - if I get frustrated Ill walk away and have a break, then proceed by taking the appropriate actions.
