I guess I was banned becouse I got out of car when police officer got me in.

Why should we unban you ?
I didnt really realize its such big issue. I will be more careful next time. Im also sorry I would like to enjoy roleplaying once again.

Restraints do not magically fall off, nor can you get in and out of vehicles/helicopters/etc... We take roleplay here seriously and we have a zero tolerance policy against restraint glitching.
