In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because i was VDMing, actually, i really VDMed but not in purpuse

Why should we unban you ?
Because i'm a fair and nice player, i try to obey the rules as much as i can, so as you can see on the video of the other guy, i was VDMing a chopper that was landing in the middle of the highway and i was on 90 MPH with truck, i had only 2 options: suicide on the wall/ keep driving forward. after that his friends followed me and i wanted to loose them up so i did some maneuvers with my car and accidently ran them over, if this guy would call me to come to the theamspeak i could give him 200% compensation..
no need to cry and get pissed of for a little mistake..

I'm realy trying to be nice and obey the rules, well sometimes i make mistakes and i learn from them.. like normal ppl learn from mistakes.

so i think i'll just learn from this mistake and it wont happend again. next time i'll just stop and ask "what's up"..

i just read the rules again..
and after finish this form i'll go to read the rules from the beggining twice to ensure that things like this wont happend again..

I explained the admins the situation..last time when i got the warning i told you admins that it was a d-sync..

So i stoped driving fast in the safezone...

As i said people learning from mistakes. Next time if somthing like this will happend ill act different..

And i also refreshed my memory by reading the rules twice. To avoid uncomfortable situations like this...

VDM:

(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using your vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).

In my words: VDM means Using a car as a weapon for example: Killing people with your car, hit other cars just for fun, VDM its also not roleplay because in real life people don't drive like this. 

my own mistake: I took a police car and i drove fast and i hit someone's car and it blew up and the 2 guys that were inside died, that's using a car as a weapon..

RDM:

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

In my own words: RDM mean killing someone without any reason or without engaging the other gay in form of roleplay.

for example, i saw someone with expensive gear, so i killed him to take his stuff or car - that is Pure RDM

My own mistake: I tried to rob someone and i told him to put his hands up. and i counted (its not allowed) and then i just killed him before he complete his animations.

NLR:

A new life means that your character has lost all previous memories.

not in all cases. in case of VDM RDM DISCONNECT or your just downed, you still remember

For example: Got killed by someone else and then report to the police.

its not allowed and its pure NLR..

another example: If i died in a fight between gangs or alone. i can't come back to the same place (only after 15 min) and i can't remember anything.

I can't revenge my death...
