In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
(Will first inform that I have already sent an Unban Appeal, but did so before logging in, and have been told that I should send one again while logged in to the forums, I hope it isn't too much trouble.) I believe that I was banned because of an repulsive username, but I am not entirely sure exactly what the reason for the ban was, as I was offline at the date of the ban.

Why should we unban you ?
I will be more than happy to change my name to a more agreeable one if that is the reason for my ban. If there happens to be another reason for the ban, I will gladly change my behaivor upon knowing what the reason might be. Greetings from Mukkel312.

I am very sorry about that, Pete (or PetePeachPlucker in game) is a close friend of mine. At the moment the message was sent, I did not know that it was against the rules to speak offensive language in the groupchat, as long as everyone who was part of said chat was not against such language.(Trust me when I say that the spoken language between the two of us is much worse than the written.) My friend can of course comply if needed, and I will be happy to make sure that my language in game will meet the criteria of the server. I will also note that I would never, and have never used vulgar language towards or in reference to other players who I do not know out of game, or players who I know is not comfortable with offensive language.

Are you in possession of a working microphone. It seems on many occasions you claim your microphone is broken in direct and ooc.

I do indeed have a problem with my microfone, however this is 2% of the time this happens, and i often immediately log off, in order to log in again, which fixes the issue. Rarely I do get in a situation where loggin off right after the error is noticed will bring me or others in a rp situation, and must therefore wait a minute or so, in order for said situation to be over, before loggin off.

Hi I'm peterpeachplucker the person who mukkel312 wrote tp in groupchat. I just want to clarify that I'm perfectly fine with whatever mukkel312 calls me, as long as it of course is in group chat and not OOC. Mukkel312 is a lifelong friend of mine, so there shall a whole lot more for me to be offended. We will still of course stopped writing stuff like that in the group channel (which by the way is a small close group for friends who are okay teasing eachother) if that is what the admins decide.

2 different occasions where you mic isn't working. If you mic is dodgy from time to time, then you need to sort out your mic properly and perhaps get a replacement, as when it does not work, you ruin people's RP by having to // all the while.

I, As I wrote in my former message addressing this issue, am indeed aware of the issue with the written language, and are ready to change my behavior according to the servers rules. I am also aware of the problem with my microphone, and that it does not seem to have met the standarts of the server. However this issue have been fixed, as it seems the problem was not the mic, but the usb, and changing the usb-plugin seems to have done the trick, at least when testing on other games and voice chat services.

On 02/08/2017 I sendt two messages via the group-chat to the player PetePeachPlucker, in these two messages I refered to my friend as a "Fagot".

Due to a (formerly) loose usb-port, my microphone have from time to time lost connection to my computer without it being noticed. This have meant that I sometimes first notice the error when trying to use the mic in an rp situation.

No, not on the server. I wrote the messages in haste and without considering the rules of the server, partially because i wasn't sure if the rule also applied to the group chat. This was completely my own fault for acting on an uncertainty, and without thinking.

Do us all a favor and dont show this type of behavior again on this server. I hope you understand that we are very strict when it comes to the rules enforce in this community. Also doing some background research on you, you havent been a troublemake or some sort here. I hope it stays that way....
