I clearly said he is going to get banned and there is no if.. i did it (rule 2.8)

Why should we unban you ?
First of all i want to tell u that if u want me to answer on ur website than u have to wait a bit.. in 3am am not going to be here since i have +2 hour time.. i would do that today and i didn't even had a chance to answer. since i wan't on my pc and had a party i woke up in 2pm of my time.. I don't like this treatment and from my point of view it is just unfair. But from the other hand you r the one who can do that not me so i respect it as u r more contributing to the server or forum and u r the autority here.
so we have this out of the way

Second of all on the futage player with an in game name Dimitri with steam id64 : 76561198357801731 he clearly overreacts on the report site where he describes how he told me 6 times to come on ts but he did it once on the proof video and there u even can see me asking him why ts cuz i thought he rdmed not me but my friend in the car.. yes it is my fault that i said that by i didnt hear him in that car cuz i have voice chat pretty low so i though he killed my friend just that he could. still.. my fault to say such a think but i was just pretty angry cuz i thought he rdmed my friend when we respawned my friend told me everythink since we left the server and i had the footage from the point where i got out of the car and wanted to report him either but my friend told me how it was so i didn't cuz there eventually was no rdm.. then when he ONCE told me to go on ts i asked him why and he didn't even bother to answer me.. in the footage u can see that clearly.. we could talk that all out i would say sorry cuz i was the one who didn't know the whole situation and everthink shoud be just fine but he didnt answer my question why ts..

third of all i have screenshots of trying to join ts but i was more than one hour trying to upgrade my security level.. i have a screenshot of me attempting to join the ts to talk it out.

Fourth point is just my apologize to @OhNoItsTheSerb.. Dimitri.. cuz u were right and u saw the whole situation but i dont understand why would u answer cuz we would talk it all out i know i broke the rule and i will take resposibillity for it. In that situation i thought i was saing my friend got rdmed cuz its not listed on the rules u can't do, but i was saing he will get ban since i didn't say reason its not a threat but i think it still breaks the rule.. well i am pretty sure..

I would say i was out of my mind cuz my friend spent a lot of money on that gear and so i was just too mad and thought i told rdm but i told ban so it clearly my fault. I can promisse this won't happen again and i fell sorry for u staff team that u have to deal with this i guess every day and i feel sorry for @OhNoItsTheSerb.. Dimitri that he does with me too.. so even if i dont get a chance to get my chance i just wanted to say sorry to u guys

In the future if i got that chance i want to report few texture bug for advanced combat or some hide outs cuz i want to help the server a bit too

So do you still think it is acceptable to break a rule becuase you think that someone else has broken a rule? 
Also, do we need to worry because one of your excuses are -  "In that situation i thought i was saing my friend got rdmed cuz its not listed on the rules u can't do, but i was saing he will get ban since i didn't say reason its not a threat but i think it still breaks the rule.. well i am pretty sure.". The reason I think we need to worry is that there is no possible way for us to write down every possible rule break scenario in the rules?

I never said it is an excuse.. i think so.. in the end it is all my fault (no excuse for that) and i now know all the rules and i respect them all the way and even if encounter somebody with any potencial rule break i now know how to deal with it and i won't overreact.

By this i am saying i agree with every rule this server has and i won't do that such a think again cuz i know how to deal with this kind of stuff.

@MrBleizen more or less a year ago you were here in the unban appeal section, promising you would not break any more rules, yet here you are again.

The rule you broke hasnt changed, how can you convince us you arent just saying what you think we want to hear?

After that year not playing some of the rules may have been changed and i was just too stupid to check them again to make sure i have the knowledge to play on the server. Now i am sure i have the knowladge of the rules so i can play without a problem of roleplay break or rule break. To be honest every one of the players that are banned will always write everythink (if they really wanna get back to that server) just te get unbanned.. i think u would the the same think as well.. i really appreciate the fun of that comunity that this rolplay srever has and there is a big potencial here.. i want to be here when the server grows and its just getting better..

I am just a person and i did mistake for sure it is all my fault but i will try my best to be part of the community and as i said i wanna report some bugs which i think that they r on kavala.

if u dont think i dont deserve this unban then okay it is just a game u know but to be honest i really am tryharding this situasion cuz i was just stupid but when i see someone who is unbanned after third ban i think he is just a person too.. they write two sentences what happened and that their unban appeal but i really care about it so i am making sure to be honest cuz i think that should be the way to solve issues.
