I think I was banned because I used lethal force too early in a roleplay situation, and I think I was banned because I was percived to shoot someone without reason.
Why should we unban you.
In the first video I was not aware that tires could be shot out to stop a car; I panicked and shot the driver. I assumed he was in the wrong by driving away from a man with a gun shouting at him to "Get the fuck out [of] the car now" This can be heard in the video. I would like to argue this as as poor quality roleplay on his part, because I belive that it is illogical to reverse away from someone with a rifle pointed at point blank range. However, this may have been because he panicked like I did when I shot him. I would like to note that his friend complied with my request to exit the vehicle, and then put his hands up. Whereas he attempted to escape at gunpoint.
