In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I am not sure since I did not do anything at all other than drive and I have no control over the actions of others and I still got banned for RDM which you will find I did not. Video evidence will be posted in the final part of the unban request.

You and your friend were banned for riding around with a 50 Cal offroad in Kavala shooting it wildly in the air causing multiple people to report you to admins. During the course of this vehicles were hit without any type of roleplay initatied because he shot them at buildings, they bounce, and go through walls. I personally saw your friend put a tracer round into a HEMMIT which hit a person with no interaction. As the driver you are equally responsible for the actions of your friend who was in the gunner seat. You both came on TS together so it was obvious you both were not random strangers who just met up, but this was a poor attempt at crap roleplay with a 50 cal to scare people, and your actions injured and disrupted other players.

Within the first minute of your video you and your friend discuss shooting at someone to get their attention, and start shooting at a cop car. There was no RP initiated, therefore it is attempted RDM. If you had read the rules, you would have told your friend to issue an initation.

Kavala was pretty empty by the way and from what I see the bullets normally bounced into the air and after they hit/bounce the next thing the bullet hits stops it. I don't remember there being any HEMMIT trucks at all and infact the last truck I seen since the airport were the two large trucks at the end and neither were hit/shot at. Also I do not recall or see anyone hurt other than possibly at a point on the edge of Kavala when the cops shoot at which point Bolt fires back. I may also mention I only met him very recently so infact we actually are as I did meet him before he got banned before but I only met him for less than a few minutes and he came on today at a point and played for an hour or two so I don't him well and I do not know what rules he knows etc. At no point were the intentions to involve with other civilians unless it was to rob a convoy very obviously doing a drug run which you can see we may have done at the end and engaged in roleplay with them.

Regarding the point you made about the first minute at no point did we discuss shooting someone to get their attention and if you mean at the cops on that hill I presume he shot due to the fact we could hear bullet ricochets presuming they most likely dropped an officer off who shot at us I am not sure.

I will say I am sorry for anyone who got injured or disrupted during this but that was not my intention at all but to engage with police in RP as much as possible.

 
 The HEMMIT was hit outside Kavala on the mainroad way shortly before I deleted the vehicle and banned you both. That 7 minute video has multiple rule violations including shots in the greenzone. 

If someone dies from the .50 cal gunner, the driver also becomes wanted as well. You as the driver are in command of the vehicle, so that's why you were held responsible as well. If you had told him not to break the rules, then it would be a different issue.

 
I do not have a bounty as no one was killed by the way, the vehicle is also not mine but his so I don't know if that even carrys it on and I also have to point out Bolt did not have a bounty so either no one was killed or a bug has occured. I also reviewed the video again to check about if the truck was hit and it does not appear so as I can neither see a shot fired directly at it or the truck being damaged.

I accept the fact about the firing in the middle of Kavala at the time I forgot about that but that indeed was wrong and he did fire the gun randomly at points but again I am not sure why maybe a twitchy finger, excitement, mouse issues (This happened on an old C.A.T mouse I had sometimes the right and middle mouse buttons were either very sensitive or faulty as they would activate or stick and the mouse had general movement issues and would not respond in the end it just got thrown away for being faulty) or anything else I cannot be sure. My replys are not meant to be argumentative by the way just incase anyone thinks that I am merely explaining my side in response to any other responses. 

I do request an unban after a full review of this by a staff member and intend to just avoid anything like that again along with avoiding 50cals. now. Along with re-reading the rules again and trying to use more common sense in the future.

 
Common sense is the key here, even though there was no intent, any shots near a person without any words is considered attempted RDM. Just like in real life if someone is driving a vehicle, and a passenger starts shooting, the person who drove is equally responsible. And I understand your intent was to "Roleplay" with the cops, but all you ended up doing is having multiple players spam the admin help feature, and spam me on TS because of your off-road tom-foolery.

Driving and shooting a .50 call ofroad in Kavala and then claim you wanted RP with the cops? if it was for RP, you shouldve just emptied it at the point where you bought it.. These things are machines of death you know. And it gives a very wrong picture driving around with it and shooting in the air. As the Soldier said, people near it wont know you're not out there to RDM everyone..

So, if you get an unban, we need to have some sort of proof you can actually roleplay without having to have a massive weapon..

30 days with no gun (picking up or owning) for the gunner seems fair to me. Willing to accept this and we will give you a final chance.

Also on the condition that you don't take that thing near Kavala again when it has ammo in it. .50 cals can be used as anything (Firetruck FTW!) but just take out the ammo :)

ps. cant chance your name if you logged in with steam i think its set as it is.

Khandamir this player was the driver. The actual gunner has his ban appeal denied as he was previously banned.

 
Well, in that case, your appeal can be actioned. Just promise us you won't be taking that thing near Kavala again, and if you want to use it for RP only.. just shoot out the bullets will you?

 
I don't intend to even be within view of a 50.cal anymore so yeah I can make a promise to that. ^_^

I'm fine with it being dealt upon in any way of course. (Not that I can do much anyway xD) But I do hope that I'll be unbanned of course as anyone would. I await the final decision by a staff member now I suppose.
