In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I believe that I was banned because I was seen and likely followed in the process of robbing and killing a man, After being told by an admin the reason why I was likely banned it was because I didn't give him a way to "RP" himself out of a death. From my own point of view I was being "kind" to the man as he was robbed of his vehicle AND the fact that he had a broken leg. Although I understand that this could be considered as RDM as I did not give him opportunity to escape but, I tried to RP it in the best of my ability but I fell short according to a silent viewer.

Why should we unban you ?
I was caught at the wrong time and place by an admin killing someone, but the reason I did it was justified between me and my partner in crime. Even though I broke the rules I did not realize this was a violation and I offer my Apology. This will not happen again as I now have knowledge that doing that is highly wrong. I love RP-ing on these servers and not once I have broken a rule (Well except for now), And with this newfound knowledge I will not break a rule again.

Indeed I can

"(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)."

This first one basically means you cant go round shooting people at will (in anywhere that isn't a Red-Zone) It also tells the reader that giving someone a very small window intended to catch them out is also not allowed.

"(7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. "

This rule means that you have to have a "reason" to kill someone for example they are not complying with your requests.

I've made the points clear that I believe I have broken.
