In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
We have proof that it is an unjustified ban. He threatened our lives, as well as disobeying orders, all recorded on tape, which he then entered his car to get away whilst having a gun pointed at him, so we killed him. Cops do this ALL the time, so why are they allowed to do that? They never even speak before they shoot so they are bad role models. And finally, they never asked us to discuss it on TS, instead taking it straight to the admins... This is out of order.

Why should we unban you ?
Next time we will be more careful and we will all go over the rules again and make sure we are more clear. I love the server and would love to continue playing it.BTW i thought that my work is ok because my gang leader told me that he threaten our lives and its ok to kill him anyway i realy love this server :|

I was shown the video, not as ''I want this guy banned'' but because the person showing it to me felt it was borderline RDM and was just showing me how bad it was. I then consulted other staff people and came to conclusion it is pure RDM.

If you really think this is a acceptable level of roleplay before killing someone, you are in the wrong. You ARE in their checkpoint, the roleplay from his side, knowing it is his land, his checkpoint and he knows he is not without backup. He doesn't even lift his gun at you. You never even say something like; ''That's a threat, put your hands up now''. You just talk back, it's a verbal argument. He then gets in the car and you shoot him, which is left out of your video.

So, to counter your arguments:

1) it is RDM, you did not initiate on them, there is no quality roleplay before killing someone here.. As Vladic once said; ''If you don't know why you died, it's RDM''. He didn't get a order, something that, if he didn't comply, had a outspoken consequence (a initiation).

2) they did not ''run to the admins to report'', they showed me a video to point out what they felt was a borderline situation, and just shit roleplay, as seen by the title. I then decided; that is not even borderline, that is RDM. I confirmed this with two other members of staff. So if there is someone out of line, it is you for thinking this is a acceptable level of roleplay..

So, unless you can see the wrongs of your way, I am unsure if a unban should be granted here..
