RDM in greenzone

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned due to a communication error by me and my friends. I was informed by my friend that i could initiate on the cops and tell them to let my friend go, due to him being taken by the cops and due to the miscommunication i opened fire at two officers because one of them ended up pulling a pistol on me. So i basically was banned for initiating and killing two officers in the greenzone. I should had read the rules a little better and i should had known that it is not allowed to shoot a weapon in the greenzone let alone RDM. Therefore the rules i broke are: “(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).”, “(6.1) You are unable to kill anyone in a green or blue zone (Punishment is a ban)” and lastly “(6.2) Lethal weapons must be holstered inside both green and blue zones at all times”.

Why should we unban you ?
I ask for your unban, since i consider myself as a decent roleplayer and that this is the absolute best roleplay server and ive put alot of time into it and made tons of friends i want to be with again. If i get unbanned i will make a mark for myself as a player with the priority of roleplaying and that i keep the fighting for last. I should not jump the gun in such situations i should had roleplayed with the cops with a friendly approach. If i am so lucky and end up getting unbanned i will try my way in a whitelisted faction and make myself known as a good roleplayer in either cops, unmc or even in a civilian fashion. I hope i can be a difference in the servers roleplay and make the all around standard go up instead of down. I’d love to come back and have a good time on the server so i am sorry for what i did.

Normally we'd chalk that up to not reading the clear message that you are given when you join the server, however this isn't your first ban. To which on all 3 of your previous appeals and this one you state:

In addition to this add in the fact your first appeal for combat logging was denied for lying to members of the staff team and then we run into issues. You've shown to me that you're a prolific liar who will say anything to get out of trouble. So why should we trust that you haven't lied about what occurred?

 
There is not a single way i can assure you to that i am telling the truth. Even though i had the video capture, i deleted it. Because of that i was already sure that this is over for my further playing on the server. I could tell you that i have a witness, though it's an obvious excuse. And you could be suspicious of him vouching me out of purpose. So i don't see how i can change your mind here. I will be honest with you at this point here. I can't keep up with all the rules, and nevertheless if i do something correctly in a roleplaying situation. It as often ends up in bloodbath from my perspective, and i get in trouble because it's either RDM or simply the will of the victim for a punishment to the rulebreaker. I lied at the first appeal, that is true. I lied out of ignorance to the police. I was driving along with a friend of mine and we crashed into each other. The police came swiftly to the crash site, and chose to arrest me. I was really unhappy about this. So i left, and attempted to join. I was lying because of the police not giving a ticket to both of us. Instead arresting me without any knowledge of what really happened. When i already tried to explain it to them. Even now as i write this message i still have a feeling like even if you would unban me. I'd still get banned by the end of this month. 

I won't attempt to encourage you to trust me. Cause i already obliterated my reputation. But i can and will, give you my word from here on and out that what happened in the latest roleplaying situation which led to my ban.

I ask of this to be reconsidered as what progress i've made. I want my earnings to be spent so that i won't have to think about how much time i've sacrificed only to entertain myself in that server. 

 
What would you have done if presented with the situation again?

 
Let the police do their job, instead of intervene. And not respond in force unless outside the Green zone radius. If caught armed inside the green zone, let the police take me down, or escape. I understand you would question me another attempt at this situation. But i really doubt it is to ever happened again. And if it was to. I would really do nothing and simply continue the roleplaying as if nothing was to happen. Honestly what i would do, is anything non-violent. But would outcome itself without any harm done to the victims or myself.

Why did you not did it? 

 
Probably because i am lazy and stubborn. Simply i was too confident, and was sure of that i would remember the most important parts of the rules on the server, and i was mistaken. No, i should have indeed taken the time. And prevented my bans by simply mastering and following the the rules by the utmost importance. The first time when i entered the server i by all means right, have definitely read the rules. Look i'm not trying to be delusional, however i do really want to join back into the server. Because i have still something that i have earned by some time through illegal moneymaking. From the results and actions to the latest ban, i will be made to read the rules and remember all the paragraphs as smoothly and under any uncertainty simply check them out, or ask for staff support.

 
you got already 2 bans on your name how can we be sure there will no 3th ban ? 

 
You don't but I can assure you I am to not break a rule so swiftly as I did the last time. And I hope I will somehow win your trust again by improving myself in roleplay. Sorry for my quite late respond. I am on a trip.
