In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I was banned for Lying to an admin which i wasn't in the first place i think the mentor Misunderstood me about a problem of car theft and i said this : the car was locked when i got it out of the garage and he just hopped in but i didn't know that there was a script for that and i think he misunderstood me for : i hopped out of the car and locked it and then a hobo just got in while it was locked so Sam came (in-Game admin) and told me that there was a script for it and he asked for the mentor's name who told me it was exploiting. i gave him the name : Wills King and then he said he would unleash a ban on me if i was lying

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: if been playing here for a long time already and havn't done anything what broke the rules except if there was a misunderstanding. i am really sorry for this as i didn't know that there was miscommunication between me and a mentor and it will never happen again

Well, you kept going on in side about how someone had jumped in to your open HEMMT box in Athira as you just pulled it out of the garage, threatening the guy and saying for him to get on TS as a mentor had said it was against server rules.

I then informed you I was a game admin and that it was not against the rules, but you kept going. I then teleported to you, and you didn't even know the name of the guy who told it to you. You said "something W", but didn't know the exact name. I then told you that if you didn't tell me the name of the mentor I would ban you, unless someone came to me saying they did.

I was pretty sure no mentor would say this, as it makes no sense, and it all sounded very strange to me. It sounded like you tried to make the guy comp you by any means. I also checked who had been in the help channel when you were there, and it seems no one with a name that starts with W had been there. 

So in the end I banned you. It might have been @Willis King but he wasn't online when I checked at least...

@Millerr why are you talking about rules in game ? Have you not bothered to read our rules ?.....

Please go read the rules fully, let me know when you have and tell me what other rule you broke by talking about this ingame.

3E) Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice

There are so many people on the server with all different points of view and disputes and disagreements are all part of the game, however please do not discuss them in-game also do not break RP in voice.

For example if someone has RDM’ed you discussing this on the server or saying “I am going to report you” is not allowed. Please use the forums or teamspeak to report or discuss only (Punishment is a ban)

Exception: You may contact someone using the text system if they are not on teamspeak or on the forums. Please only attempt to make this contact in effort to resolve the issue, not to antagonise the other player/users/members.
