I'd be very honest here, I haven't been banned anywhere else for staying In-Character, I was literally roleplaying my anger after being beanbagged, and having shots fired at cops, yes, lethal shots were fired upon a cop, yet they decide to beanbag me which was very unrealistic too when someone has you on open fire.
Speaking about realism, I was banned for saying the "f-word" in-characterly, roleplay. I did not say it to insult anyone irl, that makes no sense in a roleplaying gamemode, we're here to stand inside the feet of someone else, your character, so my intentions were not to insult anyone out of character, no my intentions were completely in-character and roleplay. I haven't seen any server enforcing anything againsts IC swearing, this is the first one, and in my eyes this rule should be overlooked and re-done as saying the f-word incharacter shouldn't be taken as a insult to you irl, but to your ingame character, that is what roleplay is about.
Why should we unban you ?
Why should I be unbanned? With all honesty I was in a role, and my intentions were not to insult someone? Did I purposely insult someone? No. I was in a role, I was my character. I did not redirect the insults to you OOCly, and the situation was all IC, no one has said it was OOC, or an admin situation. The admin should've mentioned that the f-word was a bannable offense as most people believe it's not and yet do use the word, and those do not get banned.
So insulting ICly should be considered passive and roleplay, if I was to insult you OOC I would've done it differently and used the OOC chat, and I did not.
My intentions were not to insult anyone.
So my unban should be quite clear, and should be known that it won't be repeated, but I will still frown upon such rule affecting IC.
